Ahhhh! Can't describe how excited I got by this chapter =P, and they didn't even exchange that many words...but I guess their actions spoke for themselves.
Matt has such a sweet chicken heart (I mean it in a good way), he saved the guy who was probably going to kill him, I don't know if that was an heroic thing or a stupid thing to do, but I would've done the same thing so I guess it's not heroic =). By the way, what an idiot that Carter is, he just made all that ruckus to get his butt kicked, I'm starting to get the feeling he likes that.
Well, as always I can't wait to see what happens.

This chapter has been rather eventful. Yaaay for Asher! But where the hell did he take Leah?

Excellent chapter as usual Mahsa, an enjoyable read between two 3 hour classes. x_x

It was interesting to see Matt save Carter after seeing how much that man made him suffer. I thought Asher would be more violent towards Matt, though. And where is Vin?! : <

One thing I have to note though, you use "gasp" kind of wrong. Gasping is a quick INTAKE of air, or breathing with much difficulty (such as after running a long time), so it's kind of, I think, nearly impossible for a character to gasp and talk at the same time, at least not with clearity. I think what you're looking for is blurt or something similar.

Oh, mattxcarter seems awesome! -lol- ... maybe... no? ;) Ah, I wanted to scream at Ashed for not taking Matt away from the burning building, damn it! But at least he came back.. in his usual scary way, but, hey! It's Asher! We wouldn't love him if he wasen't scary and intense and possessive... ;) It's scary that I, as usual, have no idea where you are going with this, so I keep reading with one eys closed and hugging a pillow just in case something really bad happens... can't wait for more, but you know I will ,so there's no use trying to threaten you.. -mutters-

I devoured the whole chapter in one sitting, ignoring my need to empty my bladder because THAT'S HOW ADDICTIVE MATTHEW IS.

And finally, ASHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not a lot of interaction but as always with them, actions are louder than words etc etc.
When is Asher gonna find the worn down keychain? I can't wait ;-; and they're both still quite infatuated with one another, this chapter just proved it hehee..

And might I say, I suggested muffinxcarter a long time ago.. I think you said it would be epic :D
I wonder how pissed Asher is gonna be that Muffin saved him.. and how will carter react later on??
