2 Chapters in ONE WEEK!!! Hurray for "porn with a plot"!!!! I needed a cold shower after this chapter... *whew*
Asher and Matthew make an incredible if slightly twisted couple. Their eccentricities, phobias and paranoia really catch the reader's attention. These two can't do anything the easy way. I hope Ash and Matty get a happy ending...they certainly deserve it.
Hey, is it a coincidence? or is the phone booth across from the pub blowing up kind of suspicious?...Sounds like creepy Seb's demented sense of humor...scary.

I'm so happy you're writing the sequel! I'm firmly on the Asher-Muffin team - whenever I picture Vincenzo, I think of a long, oily-haired John C. Reilly. It's just not right. I completely love Asher, even though I was very disappointed in his behavior up until this chapter. I LOVED this chapter - I really enjoy Muffin's mortification. I read 'Muffin' sometime last year (I lurked, sorry...) and I couldn't believe that you weren't planning on writing a sequel (but you did!). I can't wait to see Muffin's reaction to Asher saying 'Pack your bags', but I have a feeling he won't be compliant. I don't mind if Asher uses force, though...muahaha. I'm also wondering if/when Asher's going to find out about Muffin's little drug problem? This chap reminded me of the song 'Love Lost' by Temper Trap. Anyways, I really just wanted to thank you for continuing Asher and Muffin's story (because it has to be those two, and not Mario - eww - or Carter - sooo glad that was a joke).

You amaze me, you just write awesome characters and I can just picture Matt's thoughts.
I really wonder what's going on in the background - if I recall correctly in the ending chapter of "Muffin" there was a weapon deal going on. In this part you had the warehouse with suspicious crates (maybe more weapons?). The cops said that Vincenzo is an assassin while Alrick cleans up after the whole gang. They also have a doctor on call. Hmm... it reminds me of Sicilian gangs who smuggle guns. However, I'm thinking Matt has some purpose in this whole story and he might have witnessed something he doesn't know. Asher's also still spectacularly bad at organisation and stealth - buying this bar was a bad move; I wonder how he keeps his business running :P . Oh, the suspense, you're perfect at it.
Here goes more ranting - am I really the only one who sees how creepy is Asher in reality? This guy is just a book example of a toxic person stringing everyone along - Matt's thoughts in the latest chapter are an illustariont of it. I cringed throughout the whole sex scene it was just plain out physically/emotionally abusive. He sure is a fascinating character, but someone who shouldn't be allowed to be near people till he realises how horrid he is. I actually knew a guy like this in RL, but funnily enough he was an FBI agent (he lost his licence later on due to using his privilage to manipulate everyone).
I really hope that Matt ends up walking away from all this and being his own man whoever he ends up with.

I really, really want a fairytale ending where Asher and Muffin ride off into the sunset...>_> I'd be okay if it just ended now and with this final image in my head. But, there's still too many loose threads... What is Asher planning now? And where the hell is the Italian and the dominatrix? And Alrick? And his daughter? And...... yeah.
