Oh the moment we've all been waiting for and it turns out Alrick hates Matthew's guts. This is just perfect, really. I was ecstatic to see a new update and what a wonderful one it was! The interaction with Matthew and Asher, the escape from danger bit, Leah, Vincenzo ignoring Matthew and now Alrick. Plus, they're all gonna be in the same house so I'm sure this is will create tons of friction.

Holy-! When I saw you updated I totally freaked out, I'm so happy:D on another note though, what the heck Alrick?! how rude of him to say that, never would of thought Alrick would say that:(

I can't help but be suspicious that deep down, Asher is a romantic sucker (referring to the somewhat of a "confession" on the train). I melted like butter hearing him say those words. Ohhh, you make me wish there is a man like Asher in real life, I'd hunt him down in a heartbeat.

What the fuck crawled up Alrick's ass??????? He should be happy to see Muffin so he can personally thank him for taking care of Leah for that short time he was watching her.

Unless he's still pissed at what happened four years ago? And unless he feels that Leah won't be safe with him around? Anyway, can't wait to find out what his problem is.

So....did they totally just abandon the coffee shop and all Muffin's friends? Did Asher send someone to explain there whereabouts (of course I know he would by lying to them the whole time; not telling them where they really ran off to), but something to appease them? So they don't call the cops and report them missing?

You know, when Muffin was packing up his stuff I kept thinking, don't forget the keychain, don't forget the keychain. And in all the ruckus, he forgot it. I hope Asher remembered......he needs that keychain more than he needs his meds. lol

Wow, I guess everyone is a critic. First of all, Mahsa, don't listen to what 'Anon' says. You're not lucky. It's not luck that brings readers to your story over and over again, it's skill. You're not 'lucky' to have good fans, you've earned it by sticking to your story and bringing your awesome characters to life with amazing writing. I know a lot of people don't seem to understand that you're NOT making a living off of this story, that you have your own life with friends/school/jobs, but you still make the extra effort now and then to give us an update, but some if not most of us understand. So don't feel bad. There is no need to apologize. Ignore the few idiots that only comment to tell you to 'hurry up'. We still love you. :)

Also to the reviewer above me, Lisa: Muffin definitely DIDN'T forget the keychain! I was thinking the same! But in all the chaos he just threw it in the towel with the rest of the stuff: "Everything was tossed into the towel, including my toothbrush, hairbrush, the worn-out keychain, my phone and a ..." I'm just a bit worried about the phone now. Someone else mentioned this before too... since it was in Carter's hands, did he take that chance to put a GPS tracker into it? Or since it seems to be a newer model, does it already have one? It seems like they're going through so much trouble to get off the map, and all it would take was for that one little phone for them to be found... Oh no!

But honestly I'm happy to see a new chapter. I love this story and missed it these few months, seriously. What I didn't miss were the cliffhangers, honestly. As for the content itself... I'd actually love to see more moments where Matthew and Asher are alone together that don't involve sex. Sex is great but romance is what makes it so, me thinks. Besides, I think they both deserve it. This chapter actually made me like Asher a bit more.

As for the feed, I'm okay with the twitter feed. I don't have a facebook account anymore so that'd be a bummer for me. But an RSS feed would be awesome. And I know you've said it's too much work, but a mailing list would work for everyone, since everyone has email.

i wasn't expecting an update when i looked today - SO HAPPY. great chapter can't wait for another. didn't expect that kind of reaction from alrick.

wow! Such a wonderful update! It was so long...I was so happy that it took me a while to read it.

Looks like the gang is all back together. I wonder how Alrick is going to react in the next chapter to Muffin.
