pandemonium strikes again

how the heck did they NOT know Muffin was on drugs? Those stuff surely raise red flags in any records.

I hope his body has adapted to overdose. He might need to run again, no use being deadweight. but maybe he wont care being deadweight now.

more like, What did Asher get shot with? Blood loss does cause weird behaviour, but according to muffin's description, it was like Asher was drugged. Or maybe they both were, on odd flunctuating adrenaline....

GAAAAAAAAH! Just when I thought 'I'll load up the next chap on my cell, to read on the way' ... It seems, I HAVE CAUGHT UP?!

Oh shit damn, of all cliffhangers to land myself into.... GRAH!

Uggggg. I had to basically hold my hand down to force myself to write a review, because I am so drama-queeny and weepy over this chapter.
Elena is a badass chick, but she is so screwed. I hope she makes Carter suffer before he kills her. The gang needs to use him as a pinata at Leah's 10th(?) birthday.

"“You’re okay,” Asher said, his voice a bit shaken but still strong enough to root me. ". Dude just got shot, and he just wants to be sure he blocked Matthew. ::sobs::

The scene with Carter's guys getting killed was so vivid and horrible, it's one of my favorite scenes. I had a lot of favorite scenes in this chapter, but by favorite I didn't necessarily like what was happening to put it mildly, but the writing was really good.

I hope Matthew didn't OD. Glad the cat is out of the bag about his little pill problem. I love his little spastic, crazy self and how he reacts to the crazy around him.

OI? Understatement! Why the heck was... he so mad?! The "fuck" and all??? I mean, i mean.... Vincenz got over it. Asher got over it. Alrick didn't?!?!?! If I recalled properly, he was the one who FISRT instigated Muffin to "run" . so... WHat's up man!?

anyway, the chapter was quite a rollercoaster.
All that tension and rushing and panic-underway...

Then suddenly, Muffin just ups and 'takes control' and then get's 'dazzled by a pretty smile from the ice king'...
You know what... I LIKE this new direction!
I like it very much, thank you. (I like that Asher and Muffin part. not the Alrick going crazy part.)

*sighs* now we just wait for Muffin to let go of the many thoughts in his head, and wait for him to just fall completely and irevocable in love with Asher~ or get fucked up by Alrick - of all people. maaan. what happeend...

I didn't add in my earlier comment that Asher can't die! because that's a given that you can't kill off any of the main characters (especially Matty and Asher). Asher just seems so tough and larger than life that it's impossible to conceive of him dying or even suffering a serious injury. So I really hope he bounces back to good health quickly, especially since I think that would probably help Matt's mental state. Well, thanks again for the updates over the holidays. Can't wait for the next update. Hope you have time to write and can post the next chapter soon!

Vincenzo was right. He got to me. Asher Pickett finally got to me, but not in the way I’d feared. I wasn’t lying dead in a ditch somewhere, nor was I locked up in a dark basement. This was worse.
I was supposed to make the Ice King fall in love with me.

To top it all off... we get friends and ex-lover aka Ice King together with dear muffin for alcoholic drinks celebrations!!!! what ? is. going on...... madness...

i was steeling myself. ready for angst... but the story is taking a very funny turn.

two. Morning Meet Ups?! This is classic.... simply classic~ add in hair-ruffles and pouty run-away-so-you-can-catch-me-games.... omg... classic! :D
three. why do I keep predicting TRAGEDIES for Muffin everytime he decides to do something like... "go the the market and buy onions".. I knew something was coming up... I was thinking, kidnap, or something like that...
never expected a phone-booth explosion... never expected another 'romantic' Pickett helping Muffin out of his panic-attacks. and the AFTERMATH of following him home~~~~ Wow~~~~~~~~~~~~~

and then..... PACK YOUR BAGS?!??!?!?! Where the HECK do you think you're going with muffin????!?!?!?

Thank you so much for the AMAZING, WONDERFUL updates over the holidays. Can't wait to read more. Poor Matty/Muffin. No one could blame him for having a panic attack after the day he's had. I agree, I can't wait to see how Vincenzo and especially Asher (if V tells him about it) react to Muffin's prescription drug dependence. Keep up the great work. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that you have some free time to write and are able to update soon. Thanks so much for sharing these characters and stories with us.

Omg Mahsa; I was at the edge of my seat during the last chapter. Shit. I hope Asher's going to be ok. And Elena. Poor Muffin; I'd have a panic attack too considering all he's been through since Asher found him.
