Just my opinion, but the premise might appeal to more people if the minors weren't involved. Some people prefer all adult fictions, especially with something so controversial, just an opinion, not a criticism, honest!

Personally, the twist at the end was surprising, unexpected, and I for one wish you had elaborated more on the aftermath of losing the Master. The conclusion felt rushed, which is fine for effect.
