Yule: I certainly enjoyed that! Connor finally got 'revenge' against Edward for stealing his Mistress' attention. ^^

11. Yule

Nice way to push the story along with just a short, poetic scene. Despite Connor's thrust the scene doesn't seem at all rushed, and the pun should go on the list of "Niceties" not "Warnings," in my opinion. (I was tempted to do that last week...)

In a few months you'll be able to start working on the novel version. Hey, maybe you already have a new profession after all. :)

Nice! He finally gets revenge on the uppity prick!!!! Short, sweet and to the point, I like it!

Yule: MROWR. Entertaining indeed! Goodness, how can you cram so much sauciness in a drabble? I need some to time to... uh, contemplate this fic in more detail. Alone. Yeah, solitary contemplation. :D

I did not expect that - but I liked it! Elven ancestry popping up when you least expect it. I think it makes sense though reading back through the characterisation. Keen to see the next part, hope the new prompt won't be too challenging to work in.

I read the bit about squeezing his balls and thought "A nutcracking! how seasonal!" although that says more about me than the story.

Gifts: Wow, it really does seem like this story gets more and more interesting with every single addition. I am certainly quite taken with the politics and the details of the magical world these people live in. And the conflicts! Oh my, the conflicts between the characters. Simply unbelievable! I am glad that the poor, teased, frustrated, ignored, scorned, mistreated plaything got a chance for revenge! Vengeance always warms my heart. Can't wait for the next prompt!

I will admit that I was rooting for Connor all along here, since he was being so very good, and Edward was being so very difficult. Nice to see that Connor might get his gift as well... I do love these characters of yours, though! :D

Gift:

Aha! We learn a bit more about Edward and Aine's true heritage, and now I sense that the (so far) vague and far-reaching conflict may be much more perilous for these two and their subjects than I first realized. Still, the interpersonal conflicts are fully in the forefront.

The sudden power shift from Edward to Aine was terrific, especially since it was brought on by his "violently uncomfortable" remembrance of who he is after he can again see the magic. The fact that he would be remorseful enough to submit to her, and the "pet" he has so much contempt for (or is it jealousy) shows that he has a lot more heart than I first thought. Despite why, I can't help but respect the guy a bit more now.

It's also funny to think that Edward's punishment for being a pain in the ass will actually be, well, you know. ;)

They are elves!?? Awesomeness!! I'd love to see Pet get to met out some of the punishment or take a greater role since so often Edward is just an ass to him! *waits patiently for next prompt*

I love this pair. So much. I don't even know what to say. To me, it's perfect the way you've set up their relationship (Connor and his Mistress'). They know exactly what to expect of each other and love/cherish/care for the other. I wish this was real life. ^^
