Uh Oh, it's not good that his parents moved...even worse that Joey caught him. His poor little psyche has just taken so much, and now he has to go through it all over again. It seems like Sarah is actually worried about him, rather than being condescending....and well, Jeff could be either worried or a homophobe(or maybe just suspicious), and Susan either is worried, or wants to get in his pants. God, I hope his parents aren't dead or anything...that would be awful. I look forward to more!

Excellent fiction. There's a realism in the story that is quite rare, aspects that would otherwise be ignored are brought to light. I love that the relationship between the captor and captured eventually blurs. Most people will gladly believe anything if subjected to the right conditions. This story does a good job of illustrating that. Keep up the great work. I'll be on the lookout for updates. :)

Damn ... I can't believe how messed up Aiden's mind has become! to actually like that bastard! I hope J's family come back with police!!! Really that guy shouldn't walk freely! he is mental! Ohhh. I am so angry! >.<

Aww...! I was kinda hoping he would be able to contact his parents, even if for a split second, so things didn't seem so hopeless. Poor kid. I also thought Jeff would take more direct action. Poor Mark! I'm really hoping he's saved soon, I just feel so bad for him! Good writing, hope to see another update soon!

I really like this story and am happy you seem to have gotten back to writing it again after such a long break.
I feel for poor Mark/Aiden but somehow wish Joey and him do end up staying together. Joey needs counseling and to be punished for what he has done but maybe in the end he can be redeemed. On a side note, there is another story on this site called 'Waiting in the Throes' by Maddox Grey. It's a really intense stockholm syndrom story too and you might find it intersting so try and check it out because it's good too like yours.

"If I weren’t happily in a relationship..." what did he say? WHAT?! This is one heck of a severe case of Stokholm Syndrome
So I thought. maybe. Finally. Some semblance of peace and happiness could be attained, even thou it is rather sick-ish that "Aiden" feels "Happy". I thought Joey would, well, love Aiden properly. And that meant no more beatings at the very least.

Boy was I wrong.

so now, I hope that Aiden get's sick enough he needs the hospital, or he dies. Just end this already! It's so painful!!! It's been years!!! Imagine the emotional trauma that poor boy is going through!
I hope Jeffers the brother comes over! and see's what a PSYCHO is brother is!!!!

I have to admit that I am completely addicted to this story. I'm not usually into the Stockholm storyline but I read this and hope for a happy ending for them. I cant wait for the next update.

Damn I feel so bad for Mark even I keep thinking him as Aiden now. and then again with joey I know I should be hating him as Mark probably thinks as well but as awkward as it sounds I sorta kinda want them to be together. Argh! I don't know know!!! Your really messing with my mind with this one and I LOVE it lol. Cant wait for your next update.

It's scary because even I've forgotten Aiden's real name. I would have to look back at the earlier chapters to remember.

But what's Aiden becoming. Urgh, I don't know how i feel about this Aiden. He's defeated. Completely.
The only thing I can hope for - since Aiden's making no effort to save himself - is that one day, Joey will beat him so bad he needs to go to the hospital. Then someone would recognize "Aiden" and rescue him.
