woah...nice. It has just enough chill, just enough suspense, but 'cause it's short, it doesn't wear out the premise.

Nice story, it kept me interested the entire way through. I could argue that I didn't find it as scary so much as suspenseful, but then again, I find anything horror related more entertaining than scary, and I was thoroughly entertained. It's a shame though that this is so short, I could easily read multiple chapters of this. It'd be cool if this served as like a prologue to a lengthier story, with this introducing the alien/monster thing. Ah, but that's just wishfull thinking on my part. But as I said earlier, this is a really great story.
