That should totally be a position in advanced societies - a "social interaction" teacher. For those of already inclined to be anti-social, it can be really weird to get to a certain age and realize we somehow missed out on a whole world of lessons in that important category. I'm really looking forward to seeing how Ash and Shin work that out.

This story is absolutely confusing. I've read paragraph's several times to make sense of what's going on, but I just got the gist of it.

I don't understand the difference between genetics, tweakers, and commoners. At the beginning from what I understood all three groups get alterations, and that genetics are considered nobles. And that genetics had the best alterations and a better blood line, while tweakers were the unstable ones and were their servants. Then the story continued on and just got really confusing. Right now I just don't see the difference between the three groups. So if there's a difference how is it that a genetic family goes down and a tweaker family can replace the genetic, if there's such a big difference between genetic and tweaker. Which I just don't see.

Then you introduce other races? I guess from the wilds and I don't get how altered people with advance technology could fear people from the wild that's in the stone age?

Then the whole rape thing? Didn't Layaent drugg Ash's and Shin's drink? Either that or he drugged Shin's drink and Ash reacted to it? Isn't that Layaents fault? Why is the whole blame on Ash, I don't understand.

I'm sorry it's just that, you aren't explaining what's going on very well, then you keep adding more information like ranks and contracts but then you haven't even properly explained genetics.

Woot! Chapter 14. That was epic. The whole council of six gathering and dishing out what the Meitas' deserves was like melting chocolate in my mouth. Sweet and fulfilling. Thanks for the great work Ayato and I hope you're feeling better! *hugs* Keep up the work! And I'm waiting for another update of course. ^^

Chapter 13. Wooo~ Boy is Ash's tweaker family abused and over used. I would like to kick the snot out of the Meita's for their lvl 5 felony wat's the law says. Stinking arrogant morons. I would love to see what Layaete do to those idiots. I wonder though if the short people in the wilds know about the tall ones and vice versa. And if so, whether the tall ones are the ones that ran from the conolies because they wanted freedom or are the short ones derived from the tall ones?

Chapters 1-12. Woot! I've finally caught up! Even though the introductions to the characters of Tweak and the whole of what revolves around the plot, the history behind genetics and tweaks has been thoroughly explored in my opinion. There may be some things yet left to be updated since Tweak is not complete and I enjoyed myself immensely with the pace of the story so far. I love the humor and sometimes confusion of the characters and readers as the story progress. I wonder though if Bri will become a mistress to Tayaete or a breeder if the original breeder bails out (I think I'm spelling his name correctly) and if Shin and .... darn forgot his name already. Very bad. Well, if those two will get hitched as a paired breeder as well or not. It'd be interesting to see how that would work out and if anything else, genetics screw up again in their research in tweaking and genetic researching that those living within the cities gets to play survival in the wilds.

Laeyanet is a manipulative bastard! lol, He totally swung the whole situation so Ash is stuck with Shin forever. Clever guy, :P
