Hahahahahaha, you should always listen to what other ppl say.
After all, you're not always capable of undestaLding the situation properly. That's what other ppl are here for. To help you decide.
I'm a bit sad now cause I lost a friend. I told her she needs to break up with her boyfriend before he dumps her cause their relationship is going nowhere. Now I sound like a bitch but trust me if you knew&saw what I know&see you would understand why I said it.
Anyway she didn't belive me and got dumped via sms(after 2 years) 3 days after my advice.
Well, I did all a friend can do. But really, why is the world full of so many ppl who so desperATLY want to have their "ideal" romance with an "ideal" partners that they can't break free of their fantasy and face the reality?
I think, personally, better to be alone then with the wrong person.
But who's to say who's wrong or right?*shrugs*
Anyway, that's what I thought when I read Kitty's "he wants to sleep with you" comment.
Back on topic, hahahahaha Iranian.Yeah, it's kinda like ppl can't tell difference between Korean, japanese,Vietnamese ppl.
Or say Croats and Serbs(really hard, lot of similarities in language, looks.Damn if a foreigner told them apart it would have to be someone with superpowers.)...which is bad. They're sorta enemies and(like Korea-Japan bad relationship) I suppose Turkey and Iran are at odds too.Imagine how they feel when someone call them Turkish?!
hahahaha, funny and cute that nickname.
I rather like how pretensious Turkish seems.I wonder what's his real name(or did I miss it in the story?)
Will we have Mr.bingley(best friend and confidant) here so I cansee darcy turkish through their conversations or are you gonna spin your story in another direction?
Oooh, there has to be jelaousy, after all Turkish darcy although inapt to show his feelings causes rainstorm with his frowning in distress.Right?;)

Haha, best line thus far, "That's what I hear. New York: hella awesome."
Not sure what Turkish's deal is. First, thought he was hipster pretensious usual fare, but not getting James' irony about the transport to NYC seems likes he's faking the pretensious thing? If that even makes any sense. Anyways, think this story is clever and interesting. Not sure when the last time was I read/watched a romcom, and as the only woman on the planet who hasn't read/watched pride and prejudice, the promise of a mr darcy thing doesn't do much for me. But it was you writing, so I had to check it out :)

Ok, I totally can't see any hints in Turkish's behaviour that would suggest he likes James. But probably that's because you show him through James's eyes. Anyway Kitty totally should let loose some more information. And James is a nice character a bit of a sarcastic drama queen, but that's just cute. Looking forward to seeing some more of Turkish James interaction in next chapters. Another very good story! :*

Turkish sounds like someone who'd roll with the tree sitters who once inhabited the Oak Grove in Berkeley.
I hate him already. ;)
j/k

Lol, here's hoping that Turkish has more brains than he actually appears to have, as James doesn't strike me as the kind who could stand an air head. Although, I can see he bothers James like the little boy who slugs the little girl he likes on the playground :p Anyhoo, I'm really enjoying this one. Any updates would be greatly appreciated, and thanks for writing. -Dl

(2) Gotta love someone who references Pride and Prejudice ^_^
Maybe someone just needs to smack Turkish upside the head and tell him to start acting like a normal human being and that would get him the good kind of attention he wants from James - if only it were that easy ;) I think my favourite part of the chapter was the conversations (or banter more like) James has with everyone. The way Peter has complete faith in James (as a best friend should) and the way he's both friends and in awe with Kitty was actually kind of great, Peter and Kitty are both awesome :) This is going to be a fun story I can already tell, really looking forward to the next update ^_^
