(4) The chapter started out so well with James and Kitty, it's amazing how badly it ended. And it went really bad really quickly, I feel kind of bad for James and Turkish equally. On the plus side (if there was one) we found out Turkish's real name and I like Yusef much better, think that's how I'll refer to him from now on :) James' rant did get me thinking about how having fame so young can interfer with you progressing, you get fame with something that works so you keep going back to it. Maybe (once he's not so hurt) this will push Yusef to take a risk and try something new, be a real artist and not just go with what's popular I bet he does have real talent.^^
I can't wait for next chapter to see what happens to James, either he does get fired or he'll luck out and Mel will think that he's more important than Yusef's bruised ego. I just hope he doesn't pull out from the gallery (although i would assume there's a contract) than James would be in real trouble. Great chapter, hope your having a good night ^_^

I kinda think that he had that coming. Sure it was harsh, but Turkish has been driving him mad for ages. Who wouldn't snap and tell him off? Asking him where his soul is, and what he's dome with his life...sheesh. I'd probably have wanted to get a gun and just shot him somewhere tender. I mean, having a crush on the man is one thing, but acting like a prima donna as a way to show it...he's just lucky that James only cut him with his tongue :P

Great story, I'm really looking forward to your updates! And I'm with James on this one - I'm all for preserving artistic integrity but it won't necessarily keep a roof over your head! Someone has to keep their eye on the bottom line

*yells at you in the nicest way possible* FIX IT!!!
No, really, now that that's over. I absolutely adore this story, especially since I identify so much with James, who is struggling to make ends meet and worried about money, and at the same time wish for the hopeful-ness of Turkish, who does what he loves because he loves it.
Please write more soon! I'm going to upset and worried about the men all day now. :(

Well poop, I just splattered my coffee all over my computer. I'm laughing so hard my coffee shot out of my nose. I hope you're happy.
Poor James, his family would disown him if he were a vegetarian AND gay. They can't have both! lol
What a great chapter; I actually felt bad for Turkish; I guess behind all that bravado, he's just a regular insecure human being. I wonder how James is gonna make it up to him....
Oh, I did notice an error: strait is straight.
Can't wait for the next update!

Don't worry, i completely agree with James, as an artist, I've seen the bitches that need to get their head out of their ass and focus. if that takes a little tung lashing so be it. James will make it up later. :)

"Waste? How can you talk that way? It's not about the money," he gasps like I have fangs or something for saying that. By the way, it is completely about the money. We don't show this shit as a public service.
Ho-ho James is so ssssssssssmart:)))
And I wonder how will he make it up to Yusef.
haven't heard that name in a while, btw.Nice touch.
