"Boyfriend" is the first story I have ever read by yourself; I will be reading more! Mepicaricacyy recommended your work to me after I requested a recommendation for stories with a transgendered protagonist who is gay for personal reasons. I was very touched by your story--you prove that it doesn't take a lot of pages to make a bang impact with a reader.

I will be thinking about your moment-in-time story that takes place on one of the cusps of an important changes in these boys' lives. Thank you for writing this story so beautifully.

I especially liked how the story was not truly about the masectomy--rather it was about the psychology. The way they accepted each other was very thought-provoking and inspiring--and hopeful toward embracing self and other for exactly who they are.

Wow what a great story! But this pre-op and post-op still confuses me. First, if Ben was having his operation for his chest, that morning, wouldn't he have had to fast? Since he'd be under anesthesia? Second, so he was taking hormones for his genital area. And wait, does he have balls? Can he produce sperm? And will he have an operation to "add on" lenght or width to what he has now? Sorry for all these questions, but to me, it's fascinating, and there aren't any stories on here like that, that I've read.

Anyway, great start! Can't wait to read more!
