(21) That probably could have gone a bit better but since it all worked out in the end I guess there's not much to worry about :) And I did like Simon's parents, especially his mum and how she never missed anything Nathan was up to, have to keep an eye on that one which she seems to have gotten rather good at over the years :) Another thing that stood out was how Simon is aware enough to not pester Mark because he understands about Jason and doesn't want him to ever feel the way he used to. I just hope that Simon isn't so cautious around Mark that his own needs/wants become lost.

Speaking of Jason I wonder if/when he'll be showing up again, for some reason I keep seeing them just bumping into each other out somewhere and Mark goes on about everything that's going on in his life and how wonderful it is and when he asks Jason what he's up to he just gets a flat everything's the same. I get the feeling that Jason's not going out partying and dating up a storm, he probably works goes home and doesn't really have much of a social life. If he does show up again it'll be interesting to see what's going on with him because even if his job and life haven't changed much I can't help but wonder if he himself has changed.

Wow, I didn't realize the chapter was so long when I was reading it yesterday! lol

It was so cute at the end, when Mark needed to leave, but he was procrastinating, b/c he didn't want to leave. And poor Simon didn't want him to leave. That scene was cute. Gee, I remember those days......

Also glad that Nathan now knows his son is w/Mark. I could feel the awkwardness when Mark came to the top of the stairs and saw his boss standing there!

loved it ,its funny how fast they have fallen into a comfortable space together.I am glad they are finally out to his dad ,that could have gone either way.

Well, no more worrying about how to tell Nathan; talk about awkward. I loved that Simon had an "Oh, shit" moment when he realized about Mark's car in the driveway. It was also kind of interesting to see that some of the recent tension between Simon and Nathan is somewhat Mark related but more so that Simon and Nathan have some communication issues that we also see in Simon's misapprehension that Nathan doesn't approve of Simon being gay.

So next chapter: getting grilled by dear ol' mom? Poor Simon if that's the case.

it was so funny how flustered Simon was with his parentssudden visit, the poor guy would probably hv hidden himself in a hole if could. lol
well at least his relationship with Mark is finally out in the open, and Nathan actually took it very well so, all's well when it ends well and all that. ^^
I liked Simon's mom too, she seems like a very cool lady. seems the type to pamper Mark if she likes him and has the chance, and the sweet read head really needs a little bit of motherly love and pampering since his own family is so shitty.
now that eveything seems on the right track I'm wondering how long it'll take for you to throw Jason into the mix again to muddy the waters some... again... lol

I am beginning to fall inlove with this story. I love the chemistry between Mark and Simon. While I understand how past relationships affect future ones I still don't like Jason and I want to throw shoes at his head! I want cute Mark with Simon! I am such a brat! Thanks for such a wonderful read.

(20) These two are quite hot together although I did find it a little odd that Simon seems to not like to bottom, he strikes me as the kind of easygoing guy that would be up for anything if he was with someone he cares about but of course maybe he's just not into it (too bad). But I couldn't help but think that this was just the calm before the storm - and the doorbell pretty much solidified that thought either that or you're setting us all up and it really is nothing ;) Such an evil cliff-hanger, hope we don't have to wait long to see what happens next ^_^

Mark and Simon are happy getting along real well... fucking well. what with the lack of sexual tension, as they are now both taking out their 'tension' on each other~ eh~ eh~

all's well and dandy now. I wonder. If Nathan would mind, if he got to know about Mark and Simon from a third party.
Maybe, he'd mind just a bit. But I don't think he'd hold it over their heads. that sort.
So it won't matter any way...
but who knows~~~ Anything can happen in this world of fiction where you are the master and I am the.... slave? naw. xD

You know. I'm really beginning to miss that pain-in-the-ass-cranky-problematic-hunk Jason. Having his name pop up everytime I read this chapter, "JASON and you makes two", serves as a constant reminder, so it's hard to forget the guy. You know.
How is he? Coping well with the loss of Mark? Oh, it'd be some sort of bitch if he's not doing well.
Here Mark is, having lotsa fun with Simon, and there Jason is over there, dying in a ditch called "EMO/ANGST". or something like that. *shrugs*
