djfkla you worry me sometimes. I was like, SIMON DON'T BE ATTRACTED TO JASON. JASON DON'T ENJOY SIMON'S COMFORTING TOUCHES. AHHHKHJAKDLFJA

I like Jason. He's an okay guy, and I want things to turn out well for him. But I really enjoy the relationship between Simon and Mark, I love their chemistry, and I want their relationship to work out and the two of them to have a happy little life together forever blah blah. I would be heartbroken if Simon and Mark broke up. maybejasonwillgetwithtim.thatwouldbeawesome.

I hope you get to feeling better soon! I'm glad you updated, but don't push yourself if you aren't feeling well!

Mark's refusal to let anyone help him with ANYTHING was starting to worry me... I'm glad someone REALLY called him on it finally. Though the outcome wasn't perfect.... I honestly could have cried at the last half of this chapter. Their fight was tearing me up, though I know their relationship is strong enough to get through it. Mark's had it rough for a LONG time... he's a grown man, but he still has some growing to do. Not to get all preachy again, but at the ripe age of twenty I'm only just now starting to get used to letting people help me or just... do something for me because they want to and care about it and it still freaks me out when they do because "I can do it on my own" even when I can't and ajdklf so yeah Mark is really hitting home with me, but at the same time I'm like, Mark! You're being so stupid! Please, look at what you're doing!

sorry I haven't been around reviewing. The sexy lemon chapter was sooooo good mmmmmmmmmmmmm. And lafjd Nathan and Teresa's visit AHHHH. So... awkward but excellent. I'm glad that worked out. And awwwwwwwwwwwwwww at Nathan calling Mark "son".

OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!! I just figured it out! (i think)

BRING JASON BACK INTO THE PICTURE! for all you know, this whole 'Jason is messed up' could have been ALL MARK's FAULT!

Gyaaaaaaaaaah!!!! This chapter was such an eye opener. to mark's every existing character! his "I must do everything myself. I must not trouble anyone. All problems are my problems alone. " that , that. 'attitude' of his!

I was just thinking... back then. Mark and Jason were with each other for quite some years right. uh. what 5 years?
what if... Mark was like that, in the beginning of their relationship...
and THAT was what led Jason to become this overprotective possessive person?
Indirect negative-character development disorder?
no such thing, but, somethign like that yeah?

Is it? is it like that? I have no idea. gods, am I going on a wild goose chase here?

Anyway, continue-ing.

Seeing as things are now, with Mark and Simon.
Makes me think. If Mark goes on, being the same person he is now. not wanting help, etc, wont Simon just turn into someone like Jason? Somewhat?

So yeah... that's why we need to BRING JASON BACK, then we can prolly get to learn more. yeah? :D YEAH!

.... *crickets* .... soooo . yeah. *blinks* was that self-absorbed rant annoying you. I'm sorry. :D Just got excited a bit. *rubs hands* hehehhehehehhehe~ I'm back to my scheming and thinking and pondering of the secrets you have hidden for this story.

Because... ITS SO FREEGING AWESOME! man! that little fight-bickering in the car was so GOOD MAN!

it was so educational! EDUCATIONAL!!! and it was so.... uhm.... emotional? like. it had a lot of emotions in it! so very... delectable... such a palette of tasty words strung up into a fantastic meal! ya get it?

*headwall* real sorry about this.... food-description, on your good story... I have no idea why my brain thinks this way.

but yeah! but yeah, love the problem. and such a simple problem. broken down car~
yet, problems. PROBLEMS! they are the root cause of chunk development in a story, opportunity for the plot to brew!

equals . MORE READING PLEASURE TO COME! 8D

do we get some smexy happiness with a cowboy and an indiana indian? XD
yaaaaaaaaaaaaaayy~~~~

loooking forward to moooorrreeeee~~~~
in the next chap :D

Wow! What a craptastic day for Mark, which sadly just makes Simon's point all the more true. Mark definitely still has a lot to learn when it comes to relationships, not just romantic ones. Plus it's obvious that his issues are far more deeply rooted than just the whole parents disowning him and bad situation with Jason. Although, you can now see more clearly that Mark's and Jason's issues weren't just Jason's issues. I think Mark could frustrate anyone.

Which is partly why I love Simon so much; he's willing work through Mark's issues. Sadly, Simon's brooding is definitely an issue as Mark pointed out in this chapter; although it is something we've seen time and again with Simon's reluctance to bring things up. These two sooooo need to work and the communications skills, Simon to speak up and Mark to share. Sort of sounds like the same thing, no?

You know I kind of felt worse for Nathan over the whole car situation than Mark or even Simon. It's getting to see these periphery relationships and how they're affected by and affect the main relationship that's really quite interesting with JAYM2.

Ok, enough ramble...back to the waiting...urg, more, soon, please!

(22) I don't know whether Simon is needy insecure or just plain right, I wonder how long he's been saving up that rant because it was definitely about more than just the car deal. The problem is that I don't really think that Mark is the needy type and there isn't necessarily anything wrong with that but Simon does seem to want to constantly take care of someone. Although I was glad to see that Simon was able to speak up when something was bothering him, he should probably do it more often instead of saving it all up and having it come out in one big explosion. Strangely I have to agree with Mark in that I would prefer Jason who just comes right out and says whats wrong, never could stand guessing or mind games.

Not exactly the happiest of chapters but probably necessary for the guys to speak their minds and get some things off of there chests. It's too bad they didn't get to go to the party, poor Tim's probably wondering where they are but maybe he found a cute boy to keep him company ;) As always can't wait to see what happens next ^_^

ON THE KITCHEN TABLE!!!!! EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!! HAHAHAHAH

Amazing the lack of communication Simon and Mark have! Where Simon wants to be included in everything that has to do with Mark (as he should be), Mark's not used to that. Altho he had a controlling ex (Jason), he feels more "single" and feels he shouldn't rely on others to help him.

Glad they both figured it out tho! Too bad they had to miss the Halloween party; it sounded like fun! lol

school is killing me. I haven't had time to review at all! I was lucky this time to check my mail before bed, or else it would have ended like any other day - I would have to read half, then read the rest whenever I get time again. Got 2 essays and a speech to write tomorrow, not to mention all this programming crap... anyhow, I hope to be able to review the next chapters
Simon has a great point. I wouldn't like a boyfriend to be that distant. But I can also see it from Mark's view... and I really hope Mark is going to move in with Simon. It wouldn't be nice if he happened to walk in on another of those scenes. Oh, the horror!

Yay back home and able to properly review without someone looking over my shoulder (don't want to give the wrong impression at work) Awesome, but poor Mark is pretty clueless.

god! is one of them gonna die or what? the way those two act when it's time to say goodbye... god! XD

and GOD! what a way of meeting! man! man! wow! HAH! gosh! but hey~~~
it went smoothly enough eh~ could have been worse... but... Nathan's just too nice for too much mean stuff. and Mom's there to break the ice and cool the hot headed men.

Mark mark. everytime I read about you. you feel soooo young~
what more with him being a student now. he feels so young... so juvenile. so illegal!
so like, "SIMON, why are you sexing him up so much?!! he's a minor!!!" but he's not... but it feels like he is! XD
Mark just has this innocence about him. You can't even hate him for loving two people. (coz usually, when characters can't make up their mind, just one, to love. I feel that the character is rather selfish. smthing like that.) but with Mark... no~~~ It's okay mark. you can love two people. let's have some nice smexy threesome yeah *A*

I miss Jason... thou... we're reminded again about Jason's 'bad side' in this chappie... his lack of understanding...
but I think... Jason just needs more confidence. and he'll grow to become more understanding... Hmmmm so~ we'll see yeah~

All the best for school Mark!
