love the story. can't wait to see how it turns out and whether mark will show up at simon's door, or whether they'll meet again some other way (besides getting together to talk about the bill). thanks for writing!!

I think Mark is realizing more and more how unfair and ocntrolling Jason really is. All Jason cares about is HIS job, HIS feelings, etc. That can get pretty old, pretty quickly.

I think with Simon being in the picture, and Simon acting so nice towards Mark, Mark's gonna realize he can find a guy who'll be nice to him and not so possessive and controlling. He's already one step ahead of the game b/c he already feels something for Simon.

Even tho I don't really like Jason, I do feel a bit sorry for him. Jealousy and possessiveness and controlling behavior are just signs of his own insecurities. He really needs to work on himself b/c other potential lovers won't stand for his attitude either.

Simon is going to grow FAT with so much macdoogles in his digestive system.
and Jason is soooooo... so screwed.
i'm betting a quarter of my pay that jason's not gonna 'get some' tomorrow. xD

You just made my day. Well, this chapter and discovering season 2 of Merlin is out made my day. I'm ill you see, probably caught the flu or something. Anyhow I feel like crap. I've wasted the whole day in front of the tv, which I only do if I'm not healthy enough to sit by my computer. Which is about once every other month.
Am I the only one just waiting for Mark to break up with Jason? Because Jason is just... well, in Swedish I would call him 'apskaft', which translates to ape handle. But it means about the same as 'stuck-up asshole with a meter long stick up his ass'. Yes, I dislike him. A lot. Mark deserves someone better.

Ah I love this story. I'm still not sure who I want Mark to end up with I like Simon but I want Jason to have a chance to redeem himself. So I will just have to keep reading. Keep up the good work.

Aannyway, onto the review.

O_O wheee. I see, somewhat, in what direction this JnYM2 is gonna be taking.

non-physical abusive relationship. These sorta things, like Simon says, are much more serious than physical abuse. At least with physical abuse, there's visible evidence, so people can get help, or be helped, much more easily.
Those who suffer from, say - psychological abuse- can't get help, and some don't dare to at all because these types of abuse arn't 'well know'. they'd be afraid people would just see it as complaints. so they shut up and put on a mask, and once they master this facade art, nobody will know. then... well they're doomed.
Coming from a modernising Asian culture, I know this stuff, quite well. It's sad really. *sighs*
Asia in the past had lots more 'physical-abuse' in the sense of discipline. but now with much modern rules and influences from the world, 'physical-abuse' isn't preferred as its too obvious. so. we have the other types of abuse.

Well yeah. I hope for Mark, Simon finds out more. And it's also good that Mark is recognizing that he's not being treated right, and he's willing to take action on his own. That helps alot.
So all that's left, is for Jason to gain some confidence in his self-worth =__=
