Yeah! Mark finally admitted his feelings for Simon, at least to himself!

I kind of liked that this was a rather self-contained chapter, having only followed the key bits of a rather important day in the journey. The time jumps we're seeing are giving this piece a more realistic feel that I'm liking.

Oh, and I'm sooooooo glad that Mark's not liking his old job so much anymore. Especially since that realization came before any real feel that he might still be able to pursue his dream/passion again. It'll solidify Jason's point that Mark is so much better than that job but of course that just complicates things and realy stresses the point that Mark could definately use some couseling of his own. The self-esteem issues alone are a huge issue but then you can so see that Simon would be so much better for him on so many levels since Simon is the nurturing sort. Poor Simon, all he really wonts is someone to love. :(

I'm so glad Mark has realized his feelings for Simon... whew. Maybe I'm projecting, but I don't think Mark is so much in love with Jason as he is in love with who Jason used to be. It would be hard for them to get together again after what all happened... Especially if Mark is still friends with Simon and he starts a relationship anew with Jason. I don't care who you are, what your situation is, you'd be crazy not to get jealous and paranoid seeing your boyfriend Mark with Simon the way the two of them are. I hope Jason finds someone else before he and Mark can get back together. ''OTL

This story just breaks my heart all over the place. I can't wait for Mark and Simon to get together. THEY HAVE TO, I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU IF THEY DON'T. Guh, Simon. Just putting in a request for more cutesy scenes with Mark and Simon. 8D

after reading this whole chapter (it was quite the longer than usual chapter ^_^ thank you for that)
I have come up with a few future assumptions (predictions) !!!

1. mark's gonna get a promotion in that Wyatt construction company. somehow or other, boss is gonna fall in love with mark's "doodles" and yeah.

2. this title... this. Jason and You makes two... this title keeps telling me that, somehow or other, down the line, down the plot line.
Mark is gonna end up with both Jason and Simon.
But. well. I don't know. I could just be off my rocker y'know. But... well...
Mark has finally admitted to himself that he loves them BOTH! so how now?! HOW NOW?!
No matter whom he chooses, both him, and the other party is gonna get hurt. if MArk just chooses ONE person. then THAT one person is only gonna be the happy one. in the long run, that ONE person won't be happy too, since he's gonna realise that Mark is not truly happy, since Mark's wants them BOTH! do you get it Lori? so, the only way, for Mark to be happy, is to have them BOTH. and if these two goons (aka Jason and Simon) really love Mark. all they would want is for Mark to be happy. and if Mark is happy, they should be happy too. so yeah! the only way all three of them to be happy is: if we get some threesome's going on. BUT! BUt but but! if the end is gonna be a threesome. then this story's summary has no such warning for it... but well.... if you did give such a warning. then that would spoil the surprise yeah?
IM BLABBERING!!!

I think I'll stop now. anyway. someone needs to get laid... too much sexual tension...
once you've tasted the cake, and the cake is right there in front of you... its just, that much harder to keep yourself in check. and to NOT EAT THAT CAKE!

AhHa! Mark finally realizes that he's in love w/Simon! He says he's in love w/Jason too, but Idk, I think that may be fading. He's staying away for three months, maybe more. Sometimes, absence DOESN'T make the heart grow fonder. Sometimes absence helps the heart to forget.

I'm still rootin' for Simon! He talks nicely to Mark, treats him well, takes him out, doesn't insult him, yell at him, etc. I'd say there may be too much water under the bridge for Mark and Jason to continue, and even tho Jason's in therapy, can a leopard really change his spots?

Great chapter! Can't wait for the next one! lol

Oh man, I just sat and read through all of this at once and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah I am so hooked! I am in mad love with Simon. If you can't have Mark, you can have me, Simon!!

Jason is so, ugh. I'm glad he's getting help, but really. I hope Mark doesn't get back together with him. They were so adorable together when things were good and I couldn't help cooing over them, but I see more chemistry between Simon and Mark than Mark and Jason. I'm really rooting for Simon here (I was so disappointed when Mark went to Chandra instead of Simon OTL ). I'm loving this story but I don't know how long I can go with this anxiety of wanting Simon and Mark to get together! This chapter really sealed the deal, especially. I will be so sad if they don't get together. OTL

Anyway. As I've expected. Mark nailed the job. :D which I don't think should be odd. since it's a considerable easy job yeah? high school students can do this part time. I did that kinda job part time back when I was a highschooler's age.

Wow. The way you described the house... Makes me think that you've been watching quite ALOT of those 'home make over' 'top ten getaways' 'home-blahblahblah' 'celebrity homes' TV/cable programs. XD hehehe. I honestly was having to search up certain words there, had no idea what they meant.
but i think we get it. all in all, he has an awesome house. Love that panel-that-you-can-dump-wet-towel-into thing~

but yeah. *sighs* i dunno what else to say Lori.
It's like... If Mark were talking to me. (like if i were in Simon's place) and he goes and tells me all that 'i should give Jason a chance, blah blah blah' I'll be feeling very *presses lips together*
Mark's the 'he is your good friend' type of person. but in some ways, he's also rather naive, and very trusting. which can be a good and bad thing. but... I dunno!!!
It's like. If mark were my friend. I'd have a hard time giving him truly blunt honest feedback because I fear he may be too easily hurt by what ever bluntness I might say.

I'm confusing myself.

but yeah. sorry. I just can't seen to get my words to come out in an understandable fashion right now.
But overall.
JAYMT is a story that displays a very human, and normal life. With characters like Mark. Simon. and Jason. I think they're being acted out very convincingly. (thou this conviction can cause the character to feel rather annoying at times. but hey. that's reality xD )
but as for the story line... yeah we know what mark is up to (trying to NOT get tempted to jump Simon's pants). we know what Simon is up to (trying to be nice about wanting to jump Mark's pants) . but... WHAT IS JASON UP TO? I wonder... is he freaking out. breaking down. going bald. about this 'break up' ?

YAH!
