God she's been through so much in her life it's sad :( i don't know if going through the pain has made her stronger or just more closed off from the world?
God cliffhangers! You gotta love to hate them!
What secret? I wanna know! Hurry up and add the next chapter so we can find out! ;)

Yeah... updates!
I really like them.
I personally don't think Garrick is getting soft. As I read he just had a few moments where he maybe felt something like... humanity and feelings. Just a little bit.
It would be nice to see if Charlotte- with all her sorrow and un-perfektion- could bring a bit of humanity to those elves... something they might had a long time ago and forget. I like to see some learing process in Garrick and even Locke. Like, Garrick discover that he can satisfy his need for Charlotte to be happy and to love him better, when he treats her better. I mean otherwise he can be all badass but at least he should be good to Charlotte. ;)
Just my thoughts.
I can't wait for more and for the whole plot!

Wow, just wow. I've been a long time reader of this site but this is the first story that's inspired me to register so that I could write a review. I stumbled across the story and read all 20 chapters in one sitting. You are so talented. I love your descriptions of the characters' personalities and emotions. Though I would like a bit more physical description when it comes to the characters but that's just me and it doesn't detract from the story at all. Which, by the way, is brilliant. I love the concept and I can't wait to see where you go with it.

Great chapter and I especially loved the ending. The way Charlotte asked Garrick to walk with her, and smiled. *sighs* Thanks for updating.

Oh god! Worst case of foot in mouth syndrome I think I have ever seen. I really do like the distance from her body she gained from the Leukemia. I know several other people who ended up dealing with it in the same way. "Just because my house is falling apart does not mean the person living within is deficient." Was the way Carrie had told it to me. That's going to be my new fantasy for her btw ;) The girl got stolen away by the Fae! I truly love the story and even if your bumbling with where exactly its going you have solid characters to get you there. If you ever don't know what to do next consider what has happened turn within and ask your inner Charlotte or Garrick what THEY would do. SEE EASY!

haha funny a/n about not trying that. i actually had to relocate a friend's shoulder before when it was dislocated while playing some sort of frisbee game. it was so gross when it popped back into place. and i've dislocated my hip before too. well my leg where it connects. it went back into place on it's own though but i still have trouble with it at times especially during ballet. =( well, much enjoyed as usual! *waits for next chapter*

So happy to see an update. I've been gone for a while myself. =) Loved this last chapter. So much information, and now it all makes sense. Can't wait to see how she may put this information to use.
