great start, all you need is a beta to work out the little flaws.
perhaps you could also use the phrase "most beautiful boy ever" a bit less.

This is really good!! Reminds me of some of those BL manga. Wonder if James and Alex are gonna get together? All the characters sound really sweet, although I kind of hope things don't go too easy for James. Looking forward to the next update!
