I'm new in these revisions but I am at chapter 23 and so far I really like this story
I love the relationship Leyjen has with both Amraeen and Polinues. In regard to polinues I feel like leyjen is the big brother Pol never had (let's face it, Belnsair isn't much of a brother to Pol)
In this chapter I really liked how we see that Pol knows he is causing Leyjen a lot of grief and is trying to behave better so Ley doesn't have to worry as much. And the Journal part was soo cute

WAAH! More unhappiness for Leyjen. He is probably remembering how he felt when he realized that Amraeen was not his soulmate. I can't believe that Pol will ever love anyone else more than he does Leyjen. He has been in love with Leyjen for so many years already. Maybe there is more to love than just the perfect smell. It is not fair! Now Leyjen will be living in fear of the day that Pol meets the person with the perfect cinnamon/clove smell. How will this problem ever be solved? I want Pol and Leyjen to love each forever! This is too tragic.

Who is this cinamon-clove person?

Thats so sad! Leyjen and Polinues arn't soul mates. I predict that this is going to cause Leyjen some heartbreak in the future. I just hope He gets his happiness in the end.

Super Hot chapter! I have been without a computer all week so I was very happy to find an update to this story. Pol's dad makes me laugh - on one hand I feel sympathy for him having to deal with Pol and Arlathi but then Wrailan is such a stubborn loggerhead. He would never even consider that Pol really might be the mage even though the facts are staring him in the face. I am glad that Pol and Ley have finally made that connection. I am guessing that Leyjen has been feeding on his own since Amraeen left. Maybe Pol will let him have a bite. I loved this chapter. Take care.

I'm waaay too lazy to sign in right now, but I had to review this very second. A simply amazing chapter! Just what I needed during finals week. I'm like so happy that Leyjen and Polinues finally got it on! And that Pol now knows what Ley is. Awesome. I can't wait for the next chapter.

The poor sentry. Tisek really was nothing but trouble - even in his grave. This is why I will always oppose capital punishment. I am glad that Pol had the blood drop necklace the whole time. That was a beautiful scene. I only hope that Pol does not allow his promise to Amraeen to come between him and Leyjen. Pol should not have to carry such a secret. Especially since Pol is the one who has to watch Leyjen suffer. I want Leyjen to smile again. He needs to know that He need to be really cherished and I hope Pol will be able to do the job.

I kind of messed up the last review. I was interrupted mid sentence. I was about to say that Leyjen needs to know that all of Amraeen's words were sincere and that he did not just throw Leyjen away. It will be hard to fall in love again if Leyjen is afraid of being abandoned. Maybe Leyjen is suffering because deep inside he knows that Amraeen could never stop loving him just like that. I wish I could pop into the story and give each character a hug and squeezer. I hope your new job is going well too.
