Interesting beginning, but you need a beta pretty badly. The plot is interesting for sure. One thing I'd like to find out is how Jamie was noticed by the king's adviser and why he is considered good enough to be a consort. Can he even read and write?

Happy Holidays! I love the new story. It has started off so sadly. Arian is such a troubled person. He could have confessed to his husband and tried to save Jamie. I hope Jamie will not give his new husbandtoo much of a hard time. I am looking forward to the next chapter.
