This ending is absolute perfection. The first ending was good but I wondered what would happen after the surgery. I was almost afraid to read this chapter. I did not want Hal to die. So you are evil for teasing us in the beginning. I feel like popping champagne too. Hal must be the only guy to ever use the word "dipshit" in a marriage proposal. Great job. You made all your readers very happy.
