well, that was just awful for poor Blake. I mean, bad enough that his first sexual experience as a carrier is a forced one (in that he is a lot like the others, roch or not) but is witnessed by his own family! Shit, if I were Blake I would NEVER speak to my family again, I'd be a courteous host (given Blake's social position) but I would certainly never speak to them past a polite and to-the-point comment, nothing else!
Great chapters by the way. I'm becoming more and more obsessed with this series as each chapter is put out. You are amazing!

You have so much talent for making a heart rending, powerful story full of characters I can connect to and feel for. Honestly, I'm jealous. This story is no different. Powerful. If I have any regret it's that you rushed it a bit more than I'd prefer. I'd have liked to have seen the press conference, rather than just seen Blakes reaction afterwards. I'd have liked a bit more physical detail. But wow. Brutal.
