Is this story still ongoing? You should finish it, I really like it, very interesting.
My only problem is Officer Jared, like what the fuck is his deal? He acts like he wanted all of these kids to get raped/hurt he even seemed pissed about evil perps getting caught at the foster care. HE IS EVIL!!! Seriously evil, Officer Jared is the only character I hated right of the bat, I didn't even hate Robert! With Robert the whole time I kept thinking 'He has his reasons, he's not really that bad...'
BUT SERIOUSLY, FUCK OFF OFFICER JARED, GET FIRED, GO AWAY!!! Maybe he is in such a pissy mood cuz he needs to get laid!(humanely of course)

Boy, Robert is really turning over a new leaf! I'm so glad b/c I hated him before! lol

Mickey is so sweet, taking in both of them! I thought tho, once a kid turns 18, they're pretty much on their own?

Hey, Welcome back and Happy New Year!

I still like James w/Sebastain.

I feel so sorry for Robert. Of course his attitude is definitely justified; he's been abused for so long, thinking that no one loves him or cares for him; for a little boy that's so heartbreaking. For anyone actually.

James was a really good friend to him in this chapter. I'm glad Robert was able to tell James about his past. Maybe little by little his wall will come down and he can "feel" again.

Just reading these stories of these kids is so sad. Their lives have been so tragic; I can't imagine having a child and paying any attention to them, not feeding them, helping them w/homework, reading to them at night. Jesus, I still read to my almost 12 yr. old at night. We're FINALLY reading the 7th Harry Potter book! Of course by now I forgot everything about the 6th book! Hahaha I just can't imagine parents acting like that. What are they thinking?

Anyway, great chapter; I'm looking forward to the next one!

Robert/James could be interesting.

Interesting story kind of seriously over the top tragic but interesting I'll have to see what comes next though. Robert sounds lost and lonely and really needs a great mentor to bring him back from the brink I think I've seen it happen a couple times it's amazing when someone you could swear was going to turn out bad ends up changing that opinion with some concentrated effort on someone's part. Sabastian sounds adorable and so sexy brown hair puppy dog brown eyes wow amazing I dated a few and I could end up so lost in the eyes especially when their emotions and feelings completely show grant you I think it had a lot to do with the shape of said eyes. James well he sounds pretty typical of most teen age boys I know sort of if not a bit to neive is that how it's spelled don't know anyway I'll wait and see how you go with the story.

Wow, I was really in tears reading this last chapter. Wouldn't the state pay Sebastain's mom if she were to take in James? Poor James and Robert (yes, ok, so my opinion on Robert is changing) to be put into another awful situation. Will they ever get a break?

Officer Jared is an ass. If not for him, James would have been able to say a last goodbye to his brother. I waa in tears reading about Marcus' death. It was so horrible; James finally gets rescued, only to find out his brother had died.

I'm glad has Sebastain to lean on; he's gonna need someone after all this. Where will James go? Where will Sebastain go?

As far as Robert, he's a doucebag; but understandably so. He was raised in foster care, he tattled on his fellow captives for special privileges. I think anyone would understand that. This was probably the only attention this kid ever got.

Anyway, this was a hard chapter to read. I'm looking forward to the next one.

Yeah, this chapter was harder to read than the last one! I only hope that it's the police that are coming thru the door to save them! I also love Sebastain as a character; he's so sweet and loving towards James.

Wow, this chapter was hard to read. Really horrible. I feel so bad for these poor kids. Their situation seems so hopeless. The one consolation is that Marcus is beginning to get visions or feelings about James. Hopefully him and Dr. Rendell will find James and rescue him and the other kids before it's too late.
