OK, seriously, this jerk Louis is getting on my last nerve. He knows she is not interested in him, but he forces a kiss on her anyway. In public, too. What an ass.

On the other hand, I am way impressed by Mary's superhero escape across the rooftop. She is becoming more hotshot elf every day. Go, Mary!!!

(As you can tell, I am deeply hooked by your story and characters. ;D )

Reading your note about upcoming twists and turns, I am very torn. If I saw that note midway through reading a completed story, I would be thinking "Woohoo, bring it on!" But since the story is a WIP, with the reunion and happy ending uncertain, I am (figuratively) biting my nails in anticipation and frustration. I will continue to keep my fingers crossed that things are going well for you, and that you have ample time to write.

Let me count the ways this chapter made me happy:

1) It came much quicker than the other recent chapters, about a week since the last update.
2) Mary and Val together again! Even if it is just a psychic projection.
3) I love Val's badass sister with the mad flying skills.
4) Pervy stalker-spy punished with an acute headache due to attempted peeping on Mary & Val's psychic interlude.
5) Mary kicking the perv out of her mind, and threatening him for it (even if she hasn't yet figured out who it is).
6) Perv possibly growing a conscience and slightly covering for Mary.

And the part that makes me the happiest:
7) VAL IS BACK ON EARTH!!!

I can't wait to read your next chapter.

FINALLY Val is on his way to find Mary. This separation is killing me. Uh, I mean Mary. ;D

I am seriously disliking this Louis character. He may have a secret agent job to do, but it is lower than low to manipulate a person for your own secret ends by playing on an attraction. I hope he gets an extra terrible, long lasting headache for sneaking around and prying into her mind without consent. Ick. Don't be fooled, Mary!

I'm sorry to hear that things have been very hectic for you. I hope that things are getting calmer, and allowing you more time to write. *New chapter soon, pretty please with sugar on top?*

I don't want to like Louis! He's working for the bad guys! Update soon.

yay :D he's coming to get her! maybe it's mean, but i'm very excited about the new danger mary is in. makes me wonder what will happen, and if mary will be able to keep her secret to herself. i loved the chapter, great job!
