I feel terrible about it but i've skipped over this story several times but I finally convinced myself to take a look and now i'm hooked! Very well written and i'm loving the non-traditional elf thing. Definitaly adding this to my must-keep-reading list. I'm curious how much Louis really knows about his job since he was so confused by Mary's elf books. (I so totally busted out laughing at his Legolas thought when he was invading her mind) Hoping for updates soon!

*Panting* That was hot! And tender and lovely as well, in your depiction of Val's desperate need for their union. This was everything I hoped for in their first moments back together.
It sounds like you have more planned for them in the next chapter, which is good, as it seems like Mary didn't quite get the, erm, satisfaction that the out-of-control elf did. Val better recover quickly and please his woman! :D

How perfect that she is dressed to kill and looking hot on the dancefloor when he sees her again. (Yeah, I know, I'm such a girl.) It was fantastic how you were able to create and sustain the tension and anticipation throughout this chapter, culminating in that hot, but brief, moment of sweet reunion.
