It's different then one's I've read with a father/son relationship. It was sweet and different and I loved it!

I just stumbled across this story, and I have to say that it was -amazing-. I didn't think it would be that great, and I'm just shocked right now. I love the humor in it, I love how you took a bit of time to develop the characters before you jumped right into the smut, and I'm really hoping that you're going to work on a sequel. I would love to read more about these two for sure.

I really loved this story; I can't think of any "constructive criticism" so I guess you'll have to settle for praise. I found it quite funny in an odd but enjoyable sort of way and sweetly romantic at the same time. I think you did an excellent job of portraying Dorian's character through his narrative; the fact that it is from *his* point of view allow you to give the reader an understanding of how *he* sees the world. (I'm doing the stars because I don't know how to make them italic...) I sometimes have to remind readers (of my stories) that the views of a character are not always the views of an author and as such, any grievances should not be taken out against the other.
Well, great job with this story! I'm keeping up with "Kicks" as well and I'm going to go read more of your stuff because all of it is interesting and well written.
Cheers!

This story was fantastic. What a way to kick the bottle! If you feel up to it, I would love to read more of them in the future.

I put you on my Recommended Reading list, this story desrves more reviews that it has. I will be reading all your other stories soon as well. I just have a question, are your really a guy? At least that's the impression I got from your A/N. Call me dense if I couldn't see that clearly. If your are then I am even more impressed, so many (if not nearly all) slash stories are written by females for females. I find it fascinating to read it from a man's point of view.

So glad you updated... I've been starved for good reads this past month.

I have to comment about that other reviewer... it's people like that who yell at ME for saying "fag" or "faggot" not realizing that I'm FUCKING GAY. If they're offended by it, they should learn to get over it. We'd all be much happier, I like to think, if people would learn to worry about themselves. /seethe

Ee, this was an entertaining read. ^^ I love Dorian's character- I'm datin' a computer technician and best friends with a computer technician, and dammit if Dorian wasn't the quintessencial computer-science-technology millionare. x3 I loved the wit an' all, too; your style in general makes me happy.

(And I could give a rat's ass what you write in your Author's Notes; I come here for pornographic stories not drama damn it. =D Although I read 'em anyway, 'cause I can't stop myself.)
