So, I don't review very often. I know that makes me a horrible person. I do try. I just... I don't feel like saying: "This is good." In every review is very productive. So I tend to observe in silence until I have something I say. Or until I start feeling guilty that I haven't reviewed. Whichever gives me heartburn first.

I have been reading Partner from the beginning. I find your alternate reality fascinating. Your writing style is simple but interesting. Your ability to update so frequently astounds me and I have to say I applaud you for that talent. I enjoy reading your little explanations at the beginning. I feel like if I was reading this in book form it would be missing something to the tune of your little rambling bursts of (in)sanity.

I wanted to reassure you on your depiction of Rel. He seems very real. Very much like some of the extremely intelligent people I know. He's not a cut-out or stereotypical. If you're totally stuck and need any hints on how the genius mind works you can call on me. I know a bit about that, trying not to sound snooty or anything. I think you're doing a good job with him, though. In fact, I think you're doing a great job with your story. Balancing sex and plot and leaving us all fascinated.

I really look forward to more updates.

I didn't realize Paw knew Koln wanted Souse; I thought only Koln told that to Mik in the privacy of Koln's office. Anyway, really, really surprised that number one, Paw isn't really Paw. Number two, that Souse KILLED Paw (Auyi or whatever, I only remember fish is the last part of his name),killed his brother who was really named Paw. And then Souse KILLED the rest of Paw's family? I was always thinking of Souse as a intimidating, but sort of nice Sidhe. Now I think he's a cold, cruel FUCKING. BASTARD. Wow. I am glad tho, that Mik won't press charges and have him put down.(Jeez, that sounds like a dog).

I about died with how you had Paw ask for the Wallbanger. Hilarious! And even though you didn't use the Wallbanger for the toy in that one chapter, I still greatly approve of the toy you did use!

I read ten chapters today! A lot of development especially with Paw and Souse's history. If Souse was part of that program fifty years ago, he has a lot more experience with people world than the program realizes. I think that Souse and Mik and Paw definitely have some issues to work through. Now I can see the reason why Paw has always been on the border of Souse's tribe and never really being fully integrated. There was a lot going on behind the scenes. I still think that Souse is hot with Mik and Paw though. They make a great trio. Lots of tension between them.

I have a suggestion for a toy: a Wallbangers vibrating dildo. Why are they different then other dildos/vibrators? They have a suction cup at the bottom and can be attached to a shower wall, a regular wall, the floor, pretty much any flat, hard surface. I do not find it all so confusing...maybe its because the most are too used to have all written out for them? ponders. uh, duno, but I try to read the chapters two or even more times, mostly I then find the most to pierce the rest together...I still don't understand everything but thats ok i suppose^^
Well, for starters
Souse: He isn't exactly Mr nice guy...Sure, his tribe means allot to him, especially his mate but still, sometimes I get the feeling that Paw is only useful to him to have because of personal interest in the future in what he can become.
Then there is Paw himself...he is still sometimes giving me slight creeps. He seems very funny and cute most of the time...but when you read the chapters again with only looking for his reactions in each situation, then you find that very often his reactions(even to mik) have double meanings or that is just me. I do not daub that he loves mik, but paw...he is more dangerous as Souse in a way, and I can't shake the feeling off, that he is playing all out against the others somewhat.
I hope my babbling s make the sene I want them too...found no better way to describe them.

This chapter shows exactly what I meant(Paw) He is too dominant to be just a member of any tribe that isn't his own, I mean, the thing with his talk about his blood for only his own tribe and such(had me thinking WTF at that time. and in the last chap he told mik a child went missing, Essuans and Souses? and he told mik that Souse wanted him badly...good blood, that all had me think again, Gah! You're good!), in one of the earlier chapters, the one before he had to get Essuan pregnant as his punishment.
Hit me, but I somehow cant see him sit still and submissive like forever. He was and still in a way, is a leader type and sometimes I wonder when the time will come that he will snap...in a way...however and he will do his own thing then, get what I am talking about?
What makes me think is his last comment to mik; “Good. Mik can learn how uncomfortable Paw will be in a bit,” You meant the sex? Or the dreams and the resulting bad sleep Paw has? Or do you/Paw talk about his precarious position in life/Tribe in general? It confuddered me, lol
However, I have question to the last dream chapter:
Whisper saw Mik and pucked him of line from the girl, so to speak. To me it looks that he saw Paw, Mik and the girl at the same time with his strange powers and chose to remove mik from her mind to have the unwilling listener / dreamwalker out of the viewing range? He named it Mik and sent it back to its body...Well, the presence that later spoke with him, the one, it was paw. At least I figure he was it: But this girl, she wasn't the other (Southern) candidate, or was she?
