there I caught up again

It's been many a year since I have run across a fiction that held me so captivated it took me many days to read it without stopping. Your prose is wiggly, and gives much room for interpretation, yet it says exactly what you want it to say. I have seen the Sidhe used in a story or two before, but never read one to such extent as to mentally absorb the language created therin. I even startled my boyfriend by "Booping" him. XD But I have to tell you, you lost me in a chapter or two, where something did not seem, I'm not sure, flowy. But overall, the only complaint I have is a few grammatical errors that can easily be fixed with a beta. So, thankyou, for making the last few days more enjoyable. I hope to hear more of Mik and Pawn's(sp?) adventures soon. I hope your muses continue on for many more stories to come. I would welcome them. ^_^ Awesome job. And well done.

I know what you mean about changing our language when speaking w/people who don't understand it. I know a lot of Brazilian people and learned to "shorten" my sentences so they'll understand what I'm saying. For example, Work good today? It hot today? Instead of it's b/c they wouldn't understand that. It's interesting how so many sentences can be shortened this way! Oh, and I also use words that make me cringe whenever I hear them: don't instead of doesn't, just b/c the don't understand doesn't. After awhile, if they're English is any better, I'll just drop the "wrong" language and speak properly. I know maybe most people would just speak properly to begin with, thinking they should learn English the right way, but let me tell you, when you're trying to get a point across and they're looking at you like you have two heads, it's easier just to shorten everything so they'll "get it".lol

Oh and by the way, good one shot of Souse and Koln. lol

Sorry that you have been feeling so miserable, but I was happy to see a new chapter.
