Mik’s [and Mezzer’s] heart skipped a beat. His mind drew a very long blank as he tried to. Comprehend.
"Guh?” says both Mik and Mezzer.

Wow! I've never had a chapter/cookie like that before. The fact that its from one of my favorite stories, guh! I think I'm still a little dazed/overwhelmed/thankful/fanboy squeeing over here. LOL. Let me try and calm down a little so I don’t hyperventilate and can leave a proper review. :)
Mik's offered to be an ambassador?!?! EXCITING! Now he can stay with Paw, the mesa, Lillow, and the tribe and really begin to learn about the Sidhe. I really enjoyed the dialogue between the President, Mik and the council. I can't believe he described the popsicle incident though, LOL. Honestly, whenever I hear/say popsicle, I automatically do a little giggle and have to tell my friends when they ask that it’s just an inside joke with another friend. hehehe.
Don’t think I’ve forgotten your little forewarning though about something bad coming. I will not be distracted with hints of ambassadorship! LOL. It’s like I’m sitting in a guillotine waiting to see if the executioner will pull the switch and see all this wonderful story crashing down around me. I will have faith though that you won’t do too much damage to these characters since I’m sure you love them as much as we do. I did get sad when you said in the A/N about leaving Mik and Paw behind. I know that I should expect an ending one of these days, I just continue to hope that one of these days is like next year, or the year after that. Hehehe. I mean, I can only get emotionally invested in to a finite number of characters per unique universe before I have to start cutting ties, and I’m pretty much at capacity here with the plethora of great characters in this story. It’s probably why I didn’t want to read Sequel, because I didn’t want anybody’s spot to be taken over! I think it’ll be awkward for me as well to read a story in this universe without Mik and Paw as main characters. I’ll give it a try later today though, no promises! :P
Oooh, and a one hour chat on your site sounds both incredibly exciting and intimidating. I’m afraid I’ve begun to worship you a little and any direct, live communication might just fry my brain and leave it on permament fanboy status. LOL. ;)
I was also glad to hear that reviews don’t annoy you and can sometimes give you a little giggle. But really though, I wouldn’t mind reading a story about Mik getting home, eating, and talking with Paw and then going to bed. Maybe it could be like a future one-shot of domestic bliss where we can see the aftermath of all the commotion calming down and them being a happy family with the mesa. Or it could be like the epilogue!! :D But with sex, because every story needs a sex-ilogue. (Read that from another site, and not my original phrase.)
Anywho, have fun with your friend celebrating their birthday! I’ll try and search for Mik’s mother’s name, but all I remember is everybody calling her Mommy or something. Ha!
Oh, yea, and another Sidhe story but charged? It would probably depend on subscription cost, how well the summary and first chapters “capture me,” and length of story. Also, for me, it would probably also depend on how much screen time Paw and Mik get. LOL. Well, if it was a story about their mesa and how it grew from the influences of Paw and Mik, maybe. :D
So, I should probably cut off this “review” because it’s almost getting to chapter length here. :P Thanks again for the wonderful cookie! I’m going to ahead and lay back down now and just giggle/snort that I have a chapter named after me. Take care and I can’t wait to read the next chapter! :D

In the Luck chapter: is Galt going to use the prison where Rel is to "recruit" people for the military?
And if Mik is not in the program anymore, does this mean he needs to move out and he won't be w/Paw anymore?
So, by leaving the program to "save" Paw from being used by Galt, he is ending their relationshiop? This is so sad; I thought you said you like happy endings????? lol

OMG, Ambassador to the Sidhe? Isn't that like a really top ranking position? He'd be in charge of all the Sidhe and their partners? Would he be above Koln? Above Galt? That's like a HUGE promotion, right?

Just got caught back up and loving where things are going. I was totally freaking out and in denial when Mik was turning in his resignation. It was just too sad to be real even though I totally understood his motivation for doing so. Thrilled by the Mezzer chapter though and really excited about the idea of Mik becoming a civilian and being made ambassador of the Sidhe. I think that's something he'd excel at for sure. I've also been obsessing over how Auhi being Whisper will affect Mik and Paw's relationship. I'm not entirely clear as to tiny details of what the Whisper does and what his responsibilities are although I think I have a fairly good grasp overall. Doesn't seem like a lifestyle that would be entirely conducive to being in a relationship. Obviously that's not an issue though since Paw doesn't seem concerned. Can't wait to see what happens next. Great update and looking forward to more.

I'll be honest, I haven't read the new chapter yet, because I read your A/N first at the top of the new chapter, and I got scared. LOL. Sooo, I'm going to wait until another chapter has been posted in case there's some evil cliffhanger here at the end of chapter 135 so I can read what happens after and not fret and sigh forlornly while waiting for another update. Ha.

Soo...this looks awfully a lots to me like you're separating Paw and Mik again.
That, or you plan to kill one of them...what would end in the same. Why do I get the suspicion that I should cry? And thinking that you always stress the sequel...there come several pictures in my mind and honestly told, I like none of them really much, sighs,why do I see a Big bang coming?
Please tell me you don't plan to replace Rel with mik...or better said Mik with Rel. Because that really would make me sad...
