Poor Mikael kind of clueless to the ruthlessness of the world that he is now thrust into. Blake understands first hand that a carrier has no choice and loses his voice in life. do want to be able to give carriers a chance to change the way they are viewed. big bat really big- please keep writing.

don't you dare stop this story D: i <3 it too much >:
you have to get to at least 10 good chapters. i demand it.
i love how... well ridiculous they act towards him just because he's a carrier. and they take advantage of the fact that he's in a new position and want to 'teach him his place', make sure he knows his 'position'. To me, it's a better view of how disproportionally treated carriers are.
and i'm really interested in how he'll think about the 'carrier culture', being as educated as he is. i'm sure at some point he'll be smart enough to not say anything and just quietly file away information and opinions in his head (at least that's what i hope), so i wanna know what he'd think of about their... well... 'brainwashing' and 'processing' that they put new carriers through. :D

This is a good story, albeit a frustrating one. I liked the chapter 4 exchange between Mikael and the guard which I thought was well played with realistic responses on both their parts.
These people totally regressed into the past. gender roles are sick. The y chromosome is 'disappearing' so in the the future we might see this whole story playing out the other way around. I don't count on it though.
Anyways, good work Ms. Kabi. You have a lot of other stories that are probably just as good. I read November a long time ago and it was excellent. Peace Kabi - and all the other readers out there.

poor poor mikael, everyone is just being a couple of royal asses to him. and the kid just doesn't get it. i can't wait for the next chapter, each story is SO good. This chapter gave me anxious butterflies, i felt as though i was being sent to the principals office, and not just any principal but the scary mean looking one and the board of education all in one! *shiver* ugh, just awful. i get the feeling mikael is going to be one of those characters you really really cry for. anyway, keep up the great work!
