Demeter strikes again! I'd be pretty pissed if I were in her position, so I say go girl! I liked the baby convo between H&P, though it's a bit sad that they won't be having children. However, plenty of childless marriages work out well, and leaves more time for romance hehee! I wonder if you'll be bringing Cerberus back? He/they sound so cute:)

Heh, don't mess with Doso/Demeter!
I like myths with a strong/interesting female presence. Some of my favs: Psyche & Cupid, Ariadne, Medea (if you have the stomach for that kind of tragedy!), Isis & Osiris. I think Ariadne would make a great story subject, given the drama of her family (Minos, Pasiphae, the Minotaur), love and abandonment by Theseus, new love with Dionysus.

Aidoneus and Persephone could not be any cuter together. I wonder when if Persephone will eat the food of the dead soon. Just gotta read on I suppose.

After several nights of reading, I've finally made it through what you've completed of this story so far. I must say that this is the best Hades and Persephone story that I've ever read. I absolutely adore how you've combined so many elements of the myth and revealed certain story elements gradually. I enjoyed the originality and detail you put into Demeter and Persephone's history. It really gives the readers necessary insight into what drives these two women. The idea that Iasion's death played a part in Demeter's over-protectiveness of Persephone really touched me because after I survived a car accident a few years ago my family became increasingly protective of me as well. Anyway, I can't wait to see what happens next and I anxiously await the next chapter of this thrilling story.
