I'm noticing a pattern here with Dae and his little lying habit. I know Scott seems to think Dae lies to him whenever it's convenient for him, but that's not it. Judging by this chapter, he only lies to Scott in an attempt to put Scott's mind at ease. He lied about being raped because he doesnt' want that to be on Scott's mind. He did it to protect Scott, not himself. It's a nice gesture, but useless. He doesn't need to protect Scott. If anything, Scott needs to protect Dae! Not just from other people, but from himself as well.

Hey! Im glad u liked the pic. This chapt was really sad, apart form the end ;P, when Dae was telling cott bout wot he'd been through i was almost in tears. Especially as he felt he had to lie about being raped. Poor poor Dae! It also made me mad bout the fact the parents stuck up for their kids, grrrr, i kno its jus a fic but that is atrocious, its like they are praising their kids for being vicious criminals!!
Sorry, hate crimes really get to me.
Well it was a great chapter and im glad that Dae can finally trust Scott with MOST of his secrets, wonder if he is ever going to tell him bout the psycho who molests him. Ha ha go Grandmother Winthrop, i bet she's got spys like Mama did when Dae was younger. Would be funny if she tortured them, knowing but not telling them.
Oh and what do you mean about the old women, i bet they secretly love BDSM and men in leather! Bet we would get more signitures of old women that anyone else lmao.

Loving the guys getting to the real stuff, sharing problems, not just great sex! Where is Dae from? I'm from the South, and have never heard someone say if'n!;) Can't wait until the boys meet granny. Something tells me she's similar to Dae's Momma, got spies in the dorms. I'd love to see her casually confront them, over the roast beef!

OMG! I loved the part where Mama has her spies all around town! I could just see her doing that! The bus driver, for goodness sakes, the kid next door, she's hilarious! Really, I would NEVER even THINK of paying people to spy on my kids! OMG! I'm so glad that Dae and Scott finally made up and Dae finally came clean. Altoh, I'm curious as to how Granny got Mama's number? And did Mama open her BIG mouth and tell Granny EVERYTHING??????? Wouldn't the boys be worried about that?? I am really glad tho that Dae won't be spending the holidays alone. That would have been horrible. Great chappy; can't wait to see how their holidays are! Hopefully they won't be caught kissing under the miseltoe! Hahaha

Seems like some salt found their way into their sugar, so to speak.
Not everything r roses in their relationship but Scott is totally right in wanting Dae to come clean with him and tell him what's going on. Specially cause wether Damien likes it or not from the moment he and Scott became a couple those situations will automatically affect Scott too. He has to know so as to be able to protect himself and Dae.
When the issue of what had happened to Dae back home was mentioned I didn't really compreend the severity of it, I mean I could tell hit had been quite a beating, with him getting hospitalized and all, but I just didn't expect it to be quite so brutal and involving rape too. =(
It's kind of ironic tho that the supposed 'good abiding boys' just beating the 'evil and sinful gay boy' ended up raping that same boy. Aren't they just commiting the same 'crime' he's supposedly being punished for then? Bunch of... wtv... >:(
I loved the fact you put Grandmother Winthrop calling Dae's mom and basically invinting Damien to stay over for X-mas! lol
And behind Scott's back too! XD
Just goes to show that Scott's grandmother ain't as in the dark about their relationship and Scott's feelings as he thinks she is! Loved it!!! XXD

This chapter totally makes up for the missing Granny action. I am so glad to see Scott get tough with Dae. And that last little scene was HAWT.
