This is a bit disjointed: Rose asked, his teeth biting in her neck.

Question: Why did the cross tattoo sizzle under Seth's touch?

This reads so much like a prologue to a much larger story. I can't help but be curious: who is the Society? Who was Donavan? What is the story behind Damien, Seth and Rose?

I would be very interested to see this piece continued, should you choose to do so. (Yes, I see that you've marked it complete, but I can always hope, neh?)
