Aww, how sad and happy but sad. That chapter was so long awaited, and I'm happy that there is finally some progress in this for them. Can't wait for the next update.

This chapter was so dramatically perfect that I died, went to heaven, then got resurrected by an evil gnome only to die again. IT was just... and then... speechless. And I shed a few tears on the Devin/Jayden parts. I hope everything will work out just fine between them in the end. Well, the road there might be a rollercoaster.
So Chris is close to his birthing date? It reminds me... my cat is getting kittens in about... 5 weeks :) I hope I get to name them this time again. Last time I gave this tiny little fluffy silvertabby-with-white kitten the name Euphoria. She was just the cutest thing in the world! I can't wait until the twins are old enough to begin causing havoc. And maybe even drag Devin's child into the mess... wow, and now I start imagining a scenario way into the future. And now I really need to head to bed, because I don't think I can go to sleep when the sun has risen.

Ack I hate it when I go to read a chapter then get so busy that I have to keep putting off the review and then it just gets too distant that I forget too much of what I initially wanted to say, ergh, so sorry, lol! So now I've gone back to reread this chapter, which is good b/c I really, really enjoyed this one (in the sense of drama, it was still pretty sad throughout but we get that nice hopeful ending and more of the original Dev shining thru, to use M's great simile, lol!) and it deserves a longer review, which hopefully I can manage to write, LOL! Also, yeah computer problems totally suck...something similar happened when I seemed to have 'accidentally' uninstalled The Sims and erased all my saved games and custom downloads I'd collected for like a year...it was pretty tough to move on from that one, LOL! Also, glad I could make your day, w/ the last review, I'm happy when I can just say something and it gets taken in such a good way, lol!
Anyway, again, this was one of my favorite chapters b/c we got a LOT of drama but also much more sense of what is being done to rectify everything and attaining at least a small measure of hope for the future lol. I really liked Adam and Jay's emotional discussion at the beginning and I must confess that I'm really kind of worried about how Dev is going to be able to fix his 'divorce;' hopefully both he and Jay will get over themselves and help make it right... but then there's also all the political mess too! I wonder how that's all going to work out... and, I like how we finally figure out that both Adam and Jay were aware of Dev's stirring up trouble and were actually trying to do something about it (b/c at first it seemed they were just too oblivious and not trying to do anything which frustrated me). In fact, I think that's one of the main reasons why I really liked this chapter was that we are finally beginning to see the big picture since Dev's been back from Omega. Well, I guess you have been giving us a piece of the puzzle in each chapter, but now their starting to fit together better.
My favorite parts were when Dev was forced to finally confront that nagging conscience buried deep inside him that's been trying to claw free. I just loved the wave of emotions these scenes brought: anger, sadness, frustration, satisfaction, and others. Finally Dev is beginning to fully recuperate and face his problems with a clearer mind. And I'm still on the edge of my seat about what's going to happen next! How will Jay and Dev reconcile? What will happen when Dev fully "awakens" and realizes all that he's done? Also, I keep forgetting about the Kiran-Chris subplot and that Chris is still rather wary of his birthfather. I really liked that subplot which sadly seems to get swallowed up by Jay and Dev's problems which are much more important and dramatic, but still! I hope we'll get to see the continuation of that subplot soon.
Hmm...this isn't quite as insightful or lengthy as I expected, but it was kind of hard to come up with a lot of things b/c I just really liked this chapter and it just felt altogether really good! Anyway, again, loved it, loved it, LOVED IT! Can't wait for 47!!!

This is one of the best stories I've read. Just when things calm down they start up again, it's filled with all kinds of sexiness and feelings the readers can relate to. The main cast are so well formed and round that I could visualize someone as real. The events that happen often happen in real life aswell, this is an amazing story. There were some typos now and then, nothing horrific just mainly missed spaces or a missing letter. Either way this story is full of originality and I'm glad that I took the time to read through it, and so now fully awaiting the next chapter. This story's just too good to bring to an end. ;)

Chapter 46. I love how this is going. The way you've written these last few chapters with Devin's internal battles to verbalizing pushing his love ones away are realistic; As if you've studied psychology before putting these chapters together or done lots of in depth mental searching. Beautifully done and I can't wait for the next chapter! Great work!

How could you possibly end it there!! Im glad he is finally realising the resemblences between his actions and Ashcrofts and i hope u mean it wen u say its only up after this. xx

It's about time Devin realizes that he has been doing similar things as Ashcroft. I can hope that this will start to get things back to rights.

You have been consistently good in your writing, but I just have to mention something. Your use of Chris'd and Devin'd seemed out of place with the rest of your writing, and honestly I have no idea what the contraction stands for.
