Lan is so stubborn. But we wouldn't have this story if he wasn't. XD I'm waiting for more!

Thanks for the new chapter. Yay! Lan and Ero are finally going to do it. I love the characters in this story. Lan is so shy and timid. Unnecessarily so. He is determined to deny himself any rights or privilege. He is determined to stay at the bottom of the tribe. He is willing to have a secret affair with Ero but not to be his honored mate. I feel that Lan's relationship with Ero is probably causing confusion for the other tribe members. Lan is unwilling to even try his ideas about his hanging garden for fear of offending others. I hope Ero will be able to show Lan the he is an important person too and that he is worthy of being loved and honored. I wish I could be Phena and give Lan a big hug too. I hope Ero can convince Lan to wear his claim. I love the story . I can't wait for the next chapter.

Can I kill Ero? He's being a bitch. He should comfort and reassure poor Lan. I'm glad their finally moving to the next level but their both still idiots of a major order.

Please tell me that Lan and Ero get it together. They so obviously want each other and if they got together the tribe would have to except it and get over it. Lan makes me want to smack him. Stupid boy. Ugh. So, when's the next update? Soon, right?

I really like Lan and think you have done an awesome job portraying him. Perhaps I'm reading too much into Chap 9 but found it sad in some aspects... some that were probably overlooked by an eager Eros. The big mighty hunter since chapter 1 has wanted to claim Lan as a trophy; a beautiful one that he could brag about and show off as his. Eros has demonstrated at times that he's noble but hasn't really tried to learn the true Lan, really understand what he's been trying to accomplish. I suppose I saw this chapter as almost a rape, a claiming by Eros of something he feels belonged to him. Lan came to him out of duty, not desire. You also revealed that Lan is used to healers being 'tolerated' so perhaps he felt that sacrificing himself was a small price to pay for the life of the lead hunter. Ero's comments that every pack leader had a bitch and Lan belonged to him seemed so fitting; a slap to the face that Lan was a possession. I loved that Lan maintained some pride and refused to wear the token or look into Ero's eyes. I'm hoping that Chapter 10 has Ero's realizing that he claimed a prize he never won.

This story is full of all kinds of sexiness. I kind of noticed that some characters just tend to be forgotten after they've served their purpose. Sometimes its nice to talk about them too, just so the reader can go 'Oooh yeah I remember them.' c: (<--Just a suggestion.) You have an interesting concept that is being developed very creatively. Some typos now and then but the events and the way they're being developed more than makes up for it.

Whoa...not sure how to react here.....Lan is kind of a dummy and Ero is just not doing the smart thing lol....Wonder whats going to happen now? Great update, lets see what that rain symbolizes!
