I love the story up to chapter 5. There are quite a few grammar errors, but the main concept and story line is good.
The part in chapter 5 where Zachary starts to sympathise with vampires kind of throws the whole thing off. If he's been training all his life to kill them, he must have some sort of detachment and internal justification for doing it. I just don't think that one incident would erase the mindset that he's had his whole life.

A very nice start to a story with great conflict already between what i assume to be your two main characters. It is just a shame that it has been left to sit for so long, if not forever.

Hmm...I'm looking forward to getting to know the main character better (by the way, will we find out his name? maybe I just missed it). He seems halfway between a slacker (doesn't check things carefully, like whether his 'human' is real or not) and a very efficient, accomplished vampire hunter (after all, he did manage to kill the 'dangerous' Uriel). Already a character of contradictions...interesting.

Wow, I like this idea a lot.
A teenage short virgin dhampire bonded to a tall strong hetero vampire hater hunter.
I wonder about Gage's grow sprout, who will be taller, who will be on top, who will get pregnant, will their children have evil twins, who's going to die in a car accident on their weddingday......etc with the soap opera material*laughs*
I would like to see Gareth's character getting it nasty with the evil uncle or Uriel.
What do you say about getting him into a story( action) too.

Lol, I love this story! But Zach needs to get over it and stop fighting it... he likes it... and he wants a way out... and yet he's still clinging too the past... too much like me! Lol. Can't wait to read more!

I really like this story a lot. I wish you would update more regularly.
