Your writing and pacing are beautiful! The plot is interesting, the characters are complex and realistic and your writing is just great! There are the slightest of errors (mostly with commas and me being uber picky with wording) which are easily ignored. Since you've left certain things as mysteries, you've hooked me as reader, impatient to find out what all is happening. I can't wait for your next installment! Keep up the great work! :)

(1) I'm a new reviewer I didn't read this story before but it caught my eye now and I must say the first chapter has caught my interest. I'm wondering what has Luke so scared, but I think it was really nice of Adam to help Luke out. A little insane, in this world we live in now. (just can't trust people these days) but it was nice none the less.

I actually thought he'd take Luke up on the offer at first, in a way I'm glad he didn't. Poor Luke must be used to people expecting things like that.... or maybe not. I'm trying not to speculate, but this story intrigues me so I'm off to read the next chapter.

(2) Why the heck did Luke panic at seeing Adam! Urg.... and Ricky seems like a manwhore.. sorry. Although I find Adams' sense of humor likable. I laughed at a few jokes that he cracked in this chapter. Sorry I'm in a hurry to dart of to chapter three. I think I could really like this story, just don't leave us hanging! Love it so far.

(3) Okay now I'm really worried for Luke, and why would Adam helping Luke out sign the guy a death warrant? Obviously Luke has got himself into quite a pickle. I already don't like Damien, strangling someone! What did Luke do steal from him or is beating up on someone Damien's kink? God so many questions, but i hope Luke can change his life around.

I'm not someone who likes sappy happy endings all the time but in this case I hope things turn out all right. I want to know what made Adam bitter, it was hinted about family drama. I just hope everything turns out the best for both of them.

I'll be waiting for your next update.

(3) I was almost disappointed that Luke gave in and took the drugs again, I was thinking it would have been nice if he could have gotten through the withdrawal but considering the circumstances it is understandable. We learned so much about Luke this chapter and he obviously hasn't had an easy life but I feel like there's still so much more to him than just being a drugged up prostitute. Like the fact that he's willing to try and protect not only a friend but also a guy that he only met once, I think that says a lot about his character since most people in his situation would probably have a 'look out for number one' kind of attitude. It's going to be interesting to see how or if Adam and Luke will be able to help each other, it just seems to me that they both need something different in their lives although obviously for different reasons.

It was nice to see an update of this I was surprised when I got the email, I had forgotten about the story but that just means I had an excuse to reread the previous chapters ;) And now I'm looking forward to the next chapter even if I'm a little worried about what's going to happen to Luke but as long as he comes out of it alive then there's hope of him getting away eventually :) I can't wait to read more ^_^

Wow. Chapter three was full of information about Luke. Poor kid. I hope that Shark will be okay. it is tough to be punished for helping out a friend. The story is very good. I am looking forward to the next update.
