if you asked me prior to ch. 22 who I was rooting for, I'd have said NOBERU OF COURSE!
Now I'd like for SESHIMORA to have a chance. he seems stoic and unfeeling, but he just isn't used to show his emotions.
Noberu had an apportunity in his past to make a relashionship last, he got scared and flew. Seshimora hasn't had this chance yet.
I'd love to see S. and Kato together. they deserve happiness and since they're already a family.. can't they be a happy family?

YOu cannot imagine how happy you have made me. This is a wondeful crhistmas present. I had to reread some chapters, I was that rusty and I do apologize, but it wa so worth it.
I loved the way the story turned out, honestly, even though Shinko was a hot mess, he did not combine at all with our Kato and Caveman relationship....hopefully a nice threesome can be arranged? :P lol
But being serious, I love you fic. Please update sooner, I cannot wait to see how will Seshimora react to know the bastard of his father killed his brother, but is possibly wanting not only to kill his baby but impregnate his little kato as well. Genious!

Please update sooner. This story is way too good. It needs to continue so we can have more beautiful and well written sensual scenes as the nes you beautiful brain creates!

I just wanted to thank you for writting this story, its was great (^_^). It held me captivated and wanting more. I read your entry about ending before chapter 25. I dont know it really started to get intersting I would really like to know if the his father really set him up to get killed. I will miss your motley crew of characters. WOuld have loved Basang, Rato or even the tech guy meet someone and have their own stories. Did Sheshi's (ok I cant remember spelling of name)doubt in his father allow him to change the Acesenssion .wishfull thinking I know. if you have a mailing list or anything please add my name please. Just wanted to tell you that I'm LOVING "The Twin Thrones"! It's one of the most riveting pieces of fiction I've read in a long time...i can see why you would want to end the story at chapter 22, but it would feel rather unfinished seeing as the cycle of ascension would not be fully broken. I mean Kato's kids killing each other just as they enter adolescence kinda sounds like a bummer ending D:. I even started liking and rooting for Seshimora midway through the series even though I found him boring at the start...

Anyway, those are my thoughts! Can't wait to read more from ya in the near future!

I can't guess what's coming. Will there be a hit on Seshimora's life? So if they find out who ordered the nanites (or however they're spelled), then those people or person is the one responsible for Shinko's death? And did they have it out for Seshimora, and he just got lucky? If so, then they'll most certainly try again. Could it have been his own father? For what purpose? To have no sons on the throne?

I do have a question though: why does Seshimora keep calling Kato 'husband'? Does he not know his name???? lol It's just annoying to me; too formal, like a ritual or something. I want him calling him Kato. I think I'd be annoyed if I had a husband who called me wife instead of Lisa. But that's just me.

Looking forward to more intrigue! Hopefully we won't have to wait so long? lol j/k Take your time. I know real life gets in the way too much.

Okay, we already knew that King Yoshi was a sick, perverted twit. But, Wow! This makes him completely despicable. If they could simply arrange the assassination of Yoshi, that would be doing something good. But I guess it would not stop the blood shed.

I enjoyed every chapter.

My one question would be, why didn't Seshimora get any heat for endangering Kato when those bombs were detonated, to kill the brother? If Kato had died then wouldn't that ruin a lot of things for Seshimora and their country-world-thing?

And if it wasn't Seshimora who ordered his brother's assassination, wouldn't that mean someone interfered with the ascension?

Those were just some questions niggling at my brain.
