I am in tears. I don't want either of them to die. I'm with Kato. This is a ridiculous tradition. Absolutely horrible. How can a father watch two of his children try to kill one another? It's simply barbaric.
I can't believe Princess Fausko was the one who poisoned Kato and Shesimora. She is more ruthless than I imagined. I'm on the edge of my seat reading about the challenge. The tears are still pouring down my cheeks. Especially when Kato realized he didn't see Shinko that day and he realized that w/Shinko he'd be happiest. I'm just so upset; I don't want either of them to die. Such a horrible tradition.

I was so happy to see you updated! I had to re-read the last chapter again and I wanted to comment on how sad it made me. I know I reviewed after the chapter the last time. I don't remember what I said, but this time around made me cry. You made me change from being angry w/Shisimora (sorry, I know I messed up his name!) to sympathetic. Your writing stressed that his brother wanted him to kill him; he didn't want to deface? was that the term that was used? Or his brother didn't want him to go against the family honor. Anyway, your writing is so wonderful and now I am sympathetic towards Shisimora. And Shinko is supposed to do the "honor" (that's written very sarcastically) with his sister? How horrible. I know I couldn't do it; I'd go against their honor, I wouldn't care.
Ok, I'm gonna go read the update now! And again, I'm so happy you updated! You made my Friday! I just LOVE this story!

Shit, I bet Kato is really insulted now! Being called a woman just b/c he can have children. Altho I'm a woman, so maybe I should shut up! LOL
Good chapter; it's admirable to me that Kato is trying to save Fausko (ok, sorry, screwed up her name too). I just wish there was something he could really do. I don't think there is. I guess she would "gut him" if he interfered with her fate. I'm looking forward to the next chapter, but not really. lol I really like the Princess and I don't want to read about the battle when I know the outcome. But I will. Because your writing is so good!

Woot! I knew you had these chapters hidden somewhere in your hard drive. Either way, I'm glad and teary with joy on your update. Basang doesn't sound half bad at all and I'd say Redaku's an ass that hasn't kicked the can yet. Right now I'm really loathing Redaku and his self righteous pompous attitude using the guise of fatherly love for Kato as an excuse. But a great story isn't great with such characters and you've portrayed him well as possibly the bad guy when there really could be more to it. Noberu's as confused as usual although he's not denying his attraction for Kato anymore. Aw~ Shink, Fushako and Seshimora didn't get any screen time.

I doubt that Kato is becoming too hormonal. So far Kato is still displaying Kato even with the nanos making him hormonal. Kato's being more vocal and physically expressing how he feels over his subdue mumbling that he usual does. I think that's like Kato snapping when he's not really snapping. Don't know if that came out correctly. -sheepishly shrugs- I feel that if you change that from Kato then Kato wouldn't be the Kato that we all enjoy reading. ^_^ So far you've been doing great setting up the chapters and I hope to read even more when your next chapter comes up.
On another thought, Seshimora is becoming very dashing. He's kinda like the knight who didn't intend on becoming the "Knight in Shining Armor" and happened upon the "Shining Armor" without meaning to. I was surprised when the unexpected Fusako bared her fangs of women hood and literally bit the old coot into silence. That was real refreshing for Fusako and it showed that there's more to her than the eye candy of royalty that she is. Shinko's as horny as when I first met him. ^o^ I love his playfulness and heavy hits on Kato that I can't decide if I want Shinko to get him or Noberu. (Maybe an unexpected consented threesome? A "Lets share him since he can't seem to choose?" Haha, I can see a fanfiction one shot for your story. Wonder if I want to start brain storming it...... Maybe a bit later after the story develops more. I've gotten of track.) And I'd love to see Shinko and Noberu get into a braw-, ahem, I mean get to spar with each other for morning or something. I doubt Shinko is weak in the martial arts field and I wonder what Noberu could do get the two out into the pit for that with out Noberu getting beheaded or something. XD Haha~ Weird way to start the day at 5am.
