I came back on your profile to read some of your stories (I used to read them ages ago! I was barely 18 then lol), and I am not sure if I ever read this one! I don't remember it at all.

It's short but really good. I was expecting there would be some sort of twist but didn't imagine that'd be it. (after rereading it, I imagine that the attacker was like a ghost, and he was repeating what was told to him during the rape? Oh man! So twisted, but so great!).

Very unexpected, and very good. Great job!

Alright, I've been re-reading this thing for about a month, and I'm finally ready to admit defeat. I'm confused, in the way that tells me I'm missing some valuable piece of info. The man in the back seat, he was nameless the whole time, correct? But he referred to, who we now know to be Arthur, as Andy, the boy later identified as having been raped and murdered ten years prior. Am I'm good so far? Is Arthur, or rather, the driver, having flashbacks of his own? I'm only a tad frustrated, more puzzled than anything. I'm kicking myself for asking already, but could you clarify who's who and what undertones I'm (mis)interpreting?

Regardless of my own inability to make sense of it all, it's still a solid piece of fiction. As always, of course.

I would say that none of your stories have chilled me like this one, but Dark Nights, Dark Words, and Dark Ink all tie with it. So let's just say that I found it to be the most chilling story of your's that contains neither the word "dark" in the title nor demons...at least, not the traditional kind.

Woah...that was way deep. And very dark. Excellent work.
