Hello Blindfold!

It's good to read from you, again. I already like the story, Quin and his oblivious and shy behavior (I wonder if he has Danish ancestors with Olsen as surname) and Alec, the hormonal teen with this crush that troubles him but is oh so sweet and his cheerful and happy personality. I hope either of them just works up the courage and make a step towards the other, though till now I don't know if Quin is even interested in Alec - hell, does he even have any romantical or sexual desire?

I like your style, it's easy understandable even for a foreigner like me, and the dialogs and thoughts come over smooth and natural (as far as I can tell). The POV thing is no problem once I had realized that we have Quin's POV for all the actual happenings and Alec's POV for his entries in his diary. I like the change of POV, it offers views in both characters.

Oh, btw: I don't think your chapters are especially short or anything. With your update-speed they just have the right length! Wish I could write that much, that good in such a short time!

PS: I love the little detail that Alec's favorite dish is Black Forest ham. I was there twice and it even tastes better eating it there, with a slice of freshly baked bread and a shot of Kirschwasser (cherry liquor). Absolutely tasty. It makes Alec more likable that he has good tastes in food! :-)

Ahh, yay! Just one day after reading this story, a new chapter is posted!
Poor poor Quin, such an attention-whore... xD And Alec needs to stop being an idiot! Quin doesn't seem to think about Alec in THAT way yet, but he can't give up~
I think I find all my favorite stories from ones where I see them for a while and then one day when I'm bored, I read them and fall in love. xD

This story is so realistic; you've managed to capture two people perfectly, and throw this friendship/love deal thing on them with such ease that this story has become addicting.

I really, really hope Quin falls for Alec, cause unrequited love just blows. It isn't noble, and it isn't cool; it just SUCKS.

That is one rough sentence. That made me angry and sad at the same time. And I was like "AWH POOR QUIN." Basically, what I love most about this story so far is the intersecting emotions they share, and their inability to thus far realise the similarities. Although I'd love it if the chapters were longer, you update so frequently that I think I should complain ;D

AWH. I loved that last bit, about Quin falling asleep. The dual perspective is really interesting, and quite enjoyable. It was confusing for me at first, especially since it wasn't labelled, but it's growing on me. I like it quite a bit. And the plot line is really sweet seeming so far.

This story's really good! :D I love the characters, and can't wait to see what happens next! ^_^ Please keep up the good work :)
