My favorite kind of muffin is blueberry.
My mother used to make them for me when I was little. :3 My parents always argued (they still do) and she'd make two muffins for each of us and we'd just sit next to each other and read, it made everything better. :D

err, me again..XD last week has been so busy that I was off teh net the whole time..so...hmmm..what happened to asher? he was making blantant moves on muffin, so much sexual harassment..XD...I think this is a filler chapter, not much going on, but I then I had a feeling that a plot will unravel after this...or not...GAH, sorry, I'm rambling...need a few days worth of sleep...and need to reread a couple last chp of Muffin..
A good chapter tho, and ooh, a new character, he will give muffin one hell of a hard time I guess, hmm?

You have absolutely no idea how giddily excited I am after having found your story. This is exactly what makes trawling through hundreds (yes, I do it all the time) of stories worthwhile to find an absolute gem. I admit I was one of those superficial skippers who saw the title "Muffin" and the short summary of some homeless kid... I mean how smexy can a kid named Muffin be? Boy, was I wrong... I love the fact that you have a plot that shows so much promise. I hope that it means this story has a long long way to go but at the same time I feel so frustrated waiting for each little part of the story to reveal itself (I just want to find out where you live and chain your hands to your keyboard... *cough* that sounded scarily stalkerish...). I have no idea how you have managed to build up such good character bases and I still don't know the 'real' name of the main character, nor his history. I feel like I'm living vicariously through Muffin (scary since he's fictional...) but he is such a brat you just have to love him; definitely hit the jackpot with me after the scene of Muffin scavenging through the bins in "blueberry muffins" and trying to blow off the "greasy italian" and "german" while single mindedly thinking about his mutt. The character dynamics are just sizzling, I just feel so much palpable tension and I am seriously on edge during each chapter. Please continue spizzing out this story or whatever else your talented brain may feel like writing! And Asher's way hot by the way...

the part where he was writing in the library... he was writing with his right hand, then switched to his left...

and again, hey wow!.... he's actually quite smart! but then again, he's 18 years old, if we calculate back to the time he had a normal life, i'm guessing he had a fair deal of at least junior high education before he went digging in trash eh~

you know what, both yours and night's story's have certain similarities being played out in different ways.

but seriously, muffin's having a bad bad day. I'm a little surprised he hasnt blown his top of or something, but i guess being bashed into a pulp sort of forces you to calm down coz any aggravated movement would be a very bad idea~
but like. getting decked by a cop, for seriously! no apparent reason! that cop had NO RIGHT to lose his cool! i mean hello! arnt you a cop!?
then michael. goodness. that dude seriously has an inferior complex. he;s acting like a typical bully. and sore loser. stupid.
which lead's to the fact that muffin DID NOT rat on him...
this trait of muffin, gives me the feeling that he's gonna soon suffer alot of physical pain and damage because of asher. like he already has. asher, better do something... or else all your efforts to protect and rescue muffin is gonna go down the drain, especially if your muffin get beaten to death because someone's not happy muffin knows you.
*grumbles*

I love to eat muffins, but I've never had pumpkin muffins before...
Anyway... That last part is hilarious! "I flushed at the thought—no way, there was no way a penis could fit in there." hahaha... I love how innocent Muffin is. I'm sure Asher is making a list of all the things he wants to teach Muffin in his head. :-)
