OMG...it finally happened. Somehow, I find both Asher and Muffin to be so adorable around each other. I'm very happy about this chapter. BTW, I'm curious as to why Muffin seems well-educated. His past is now something I'm very interested in. Can't wait to read more. YAY!

The cherry muffin chapter is amazing! I think Asher and Muffin needs some cuddling time and sleep together... Like just sleep... Perhaps it'll bring them closer together? Hehe. Just a thought I had ever since I read the part about Asher never sleeping.

If you publish this, please set aside a copy for me. And yes, the puns were a little blatant. And how dare Asher tell Anna and Zack about what he did with Muffin! I think that is the first time I was truly upset by his calculations.

Thanks for posting this fabulous update! I loved every detail in the scene - great job! :-) Asher is NOT out of Muffin's life... *pouts*. Please. I love them way too much. And it's wicked for Asher to leave Muffin, when he has been clearly exposed to the press and perpetrators of the car crash - and vulnerable to all the evil people. Yes, I'm really enjoying your puns and insertions of muffins - it's like watching for when Hitchcock makes his appearances in his own movies. ;-)

Great chapter!! Asher is such a big mistery because we don't even know what he wants or thinks like with Muffin. The sex scene was good, I think you give us the proper amount of details without making it too much... I also like stories with plot so I think that it was a good part for them to have sex. Muffin definetly likes him and feels safe with him even if he won't or can't admit it to him and well... I don't know what Asher sees in him or wants from him... he doesn't want to hurt him, that's pretty obvious but why is still a mystery. I really want to know what did Jason did... I know there's a lot to that story that we still don't know. I'll be waiting for the next update! :) And now, thanks to you I'm also reading Monsoon and that was another story that has kept me from studying and doing homework.

O-oh... my... 0_0 T-that was... oh my. *sweating profusely* Christ that was hott!!! Oh sweet jesus, you were right, I LOVE the name of this chapter! I took one look at the name, and if I had a tail, it would have been wagging like mad. I absolutely adore EvilBastard!Asher. lol ^__^ Nooooooo, don't walk out of Muffin's life! OMG, I am so addicted to this story, it's not even funny. Also, I kinda liked all the puns... >__<

The suspense you create by keeping both us the readers and Asher in the dark about Muffin's past is great, yet it drives me crazy at the same time. The way Muffin seems to be becoming aware of his attatchment to Asher is sweet, but will Asher ever be all nice and caring to Muffin again like he was after Michael attacked him? We havn't really seen much of Asher's caring side lately... well, not without him taking advantage of the situation... -___-;; Still, it made my day to see this fabulous story updated! Thank you for being so regular! <3

Um, yea, I was in the hospital for 4 days, then was on crutches for the next 9 weeks, then down to one crutch for two more after that... it kinda sucked. Especially since it was our senior summer, our last summer before we all went off to college, the "Woo! Let's be wild!" summer... yea, that didn't happen. Then the girl who crashed us totally went to the midnight showing of the Dark Night without me. >:( Lol, she's lucky I don't hold grudges. ^^ It still gives me alot of pain, though, so I'd be lying if I said I wasn't still a little bitter about that... but thanks for feelin' my pain!

Um, this review is dragging on now, so I'll just end by saying that this is for definite one of the best stories I have ever read. You are a very talented writer, and I don't think I've really made that opinion clear enough through my previous comments. The way you continuously keep it interesting and funny through Muffin's point of view is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for keeping at this story! Hah! I have taken your 260'th review. May I just say that I adore Muffin? He's such a troubled kid thrust in to a completely different world! I have a feeling that this has happened before-- after the accident, I mean. But now, instead of having everything taken away, he has a chance to win it all back... along with a reward for being such a good boy. The character development is progressing wonderfully, and I'm in awe of the slow but steady pace Asher and Muffin get closer at. Hell, it's only been a few days! Every day has so much detail, so much life! But your cliff hangers are really biting, grr. They make me hunger for more every time. Good thing I can beta the next chapter super early! Kekek. Keep up the wonderful writing... but maybe go slower, so I have more time to catch up ;D

Ginger... ick! I'm not sure how well ginger would go in a muffin but the somewhat pungent aftertaste would go well this chapter wouldn't it? I seriously have a million questions running through my head right now; so much is happening at once, but I'll be good and hang in there and wait (literally off the edge of my chair...). Actually I'm kind of scared now that your story will end prematurely (and then what would I do with my time??? lol). The invincible Asher Pickett got hurt... of course he had to deal with it in the most responsible and calm manner. I really cannot wait for Muffin to ruffle his feathers, in a good way of course, but it would be quite funny for Muffin to have the upper hand if only for awhile (although secretly I'm sure he already does).So this chapter is turning me into a mini-detective; Muffin's past involves a car accident? (although that was fairly obvious in the other chapters... is that maybe why his parents are MIA?), He knows a lot more than someone wondering the streets should know and sounds like he was quite high up before... so is he hiding his identity because there are people after him or he just doesn't want to face his past?...Interesting that he was mumbling the preamble or am I just reading into it too much. It seems that Asher actually doesn't know that much about Muffin's past as I first thought. Not sure... Anyway great/scary chapter. So as long as you have different flavoured muffins coming they'll be chapters to write right??? And you've yet to start on savoury... hehe

But the end...*sniffle*...how unfair and manipulative Asher is...
of course I want them to get together as soon as possible
but is it really necessary for Muffin to be the one to finally give in? XD
And with every chapter I get more curious about Muffin's past.
When are you going to answer some questions about that? ^^"
