Loved the update and I am so glad you haven't given up on this wonderful story. It's the only one I still follow with all the time constraints I have right now and it is so worth the effort.

awww!! I loved the bonding in this chapter! For a second there, I thought it was going somewhere else. GASP! Does this mean we might learn more in the next chapter? :D That would be fantastic!!

And I miss Alrick. I'm glad Muffin thought about him a bit in this chapter ^^

YAAAAAAAYYY!!! Welcome back! Oh, I got my heart in my throat (nasty taste) reading this, especially the scream, I was all OMG they are getting attacked!! One thing I LOVED about this chapter was the phone-scene... I got this friend who can start talking with her kids and stuff (about nothing important, that is!) when we are on the phone, and I SOOOOO want to do what Muffin did! Just "well, if you are not talking to me... click..." -grin- God, I wanna do that....

OMG I forgot! THe "Run" note was damn scary! What the hell is going on there!?

OMG, I just found this story this afternoon and have not stopped reading since! I just finished the chapter w/poor Porto. I accidentally read a review from when you first posted the chapter, so I knew what was coming. But...even tho I knew the outcome, I was in tears. I could barely get thru that part of the chapter; my eyesight was all blurry. It must have been really hard to write that type of storyline. I'm an animal lover and have a dog, so all I was doing was hugging my dog when I was reading this. So, so sad. Poor little Porto. I gotta tell you tho; your humor is amazing! I'm constantly cracking up at Muffin's antics and his inner voice, not to mention his voice when he's telling people off! He is hysterical!!!! I LOVE this story! Well, now that I commented, I'm gonna go back to the chapter where I left off.

I know I just r & r'd this, but I was reading thru a bunch of your reviews and can I just comment to one of your reviewers? Nekoii-desu: my mouth was hanging open when I read your review. I'm a grown up and my first dog died 8 years ago at the age of 14 and I had her since she was 6 wks. old. I cried more when she died than when my mom died 2 yrs. prior to that. I was in "mourning" for over 3 months. I felt your comments were insulting and offensive to anyone who had loved a pet and had it die. Plus, I'm sure Muffin is in some state of shock over what happened and he is not thinking clearly about what Asher is trying to do. And I'm sorry, having your dog die in front of you, esp. in such a violent manner, trumps getting your first hand job. Sorry, Mahsa, I just couldn't keep my trap shut w/those comments. Your story is awesome!!!!!!

I forgot to add, that I think vinnie is crushing on Muffin! :-) Too cute! Ash better not find out lol.
