found your story through two authors putting it in their recommendations! And I have to say-They're right! Brilliant story! So vivid, rich and well written. I read all 19 chapter in just two days! Of course, as my luck goes, I get to the most suspenseful moment!

Man, what a story! It's always a holiday for me when I find something good to read but when I find something exquisite it turns out to be Christmas in a flash! And it sure is Christmas for me right now, with all the bells and candy ^^
First of all I love your language! I love the heavy phrases, the play of words, even the proper use of grammar. Usually it's something I can go without but when it's there it makes everything so much more enjoyable, doesn't it! Second - the characters. Especially Muffin! His crankiness is beyond belief and I almost respect him for it. I know that it's mostly a defence mechanism but I also view it as a certain strength. Asher. The fist thing I thought about him was how you must have taken your time of choosing his name. It's a strong combination of letters that even manages to hint of his appearance. I really love it. He's mostly still an enigma for me. I don't believe he does half of the things he does for any of the reasons he points. I got quite attached to Vincenzo in these last chapters so I'd really appreciate it if you didn't kill him, pretty please ^^ Third - the story. Even if there wasn't more to it (which there is) I would still find it enough that you've kept out attention for 19 pretty long chapters while we basically didn't know what on Earth was going on! Something I respect is the play of secrecy and the fact that even after so long we still actually don't know neither the name nor the actual age of our main character. And this is something unheard of for me but you've worked with it beautifully.
All in all I absolutely love your story and I'm joining the club of fans eagerly awaiting the next instalment! Chao ~

YAY!!! welcome back!!! I was just avoiding typing a paper and I thought to myself, "hmmm, I wonder if maybe...MAYBE, there could be a new chapter..." so I checked...AND THERE WAS!!!! AND IT'S THE BEST/WORST CLIFFHANGER EVERRRR!!! *gasps* Sorry I got a little out of control. You just make me FEEL! lol. GAH VINCENZO!! I hope he's ok cuz I'm kind of in love with him (still holding out for some vincenzo/muffin action ^_^) Man, this chapter was intense!!! but sooo good!

I really can't wait until you update! This is one of the best stories I've read, by far. I found this story one day and pretty much read through it all until I had completed it. Each chapter had me hooked and I just couldn't stop. Now I'm dying for an update. I say Muffin should just shoot the guy and get the hell out of there, but something tells me that's not how it's going to go ;-)

Really...? Really? Asher is behind this all? Whatever it all is because I kinda forgot and I dont have the time to re-read the story as much as I honestly would LOVE to.
So, those post it notes...was Mario's apartment liked bugged? Was he and...gosh, forgot the other guys name, were they trying to get Muffin out and away from Asher without Asher knowing? Why did you have to make the nice guy, the bad guy?!

I cant remember if I posted this already, but have you heard the song "Orphans" by the band Jack's Mannequin? Omg, everytime I hear it I totally think of this story, (I picture it from Ash's point of view). Of course not 100% of the lyrics match, but still! Its pretty neat, you should check it out! (And let me know what you think :-)

This was so worth the wait (although the wait was so long that I was increasingly terrified that the whole story had come to a halt) and I'm as always desperate for the next chapter. As much as I love MuffinAsher, I'm getting very obsessed with the idea of Muffin and Vincenzo, and I hope to God that Vincenzo doesn't get thrown out of the picture later on, and that the two of them do more than simply find solace with each other in horrible situations. This is on the assumption that he survived that shot. If Vincenzo is dead, I will lose the will to live and curse your existance (but still, of course, check for updates). I wonder how, on top of the trauma of his family dying around him, Muffin will deal with the nasty stuff he has seen.

YAAAY for update! And AAARRRGHH! for the content! *grin* "AAARGHH" should here be viewed as a good thing... an EXCELLENT thing, in fact, because OH MY GOD what an chapter! I have no nails left, not from torture, but from chewing... THis is the point where I would beg you for a fast update, but I am feeling a bit weak now and have to lie down... ;o)
