I just read your whole story, and now i'm all sad because there aren't any more chapters. your story is one of the best i've read. you're amazing! YOU'RE SO AMAZING, YOU HAVE TO KNOW THIS!
...ahem. i'll compose myself and write you a proper review. :) let's start with Asher: i hate that bastard! Muffin is such a relatable character that my heart broke for him! I don't know if it's the rebel in me, but every time he did something defiant, i hurled a little fist pump into the air! I was so proud of little Muffin! and I thought everything was going to be all dandy but then you go ahead and crush my world. :'( I really hope he can get back on his feet. As I've said, Asher's a loathsome bastard and i don't even know what he could do to make up for it. consider me team Vincenzo/Muffin! (even though he kept everything from him, but, uh, let's not dwell).
i'm not really sure why he gave him the phone though (which is adding to the torture that goes along with your cliffhanger ending). did he even give it to him? i want an update so bad! and in that said update, i want Muffin smiling and happy and back at the Diner where nothing can hurt him. with all the dyed water he would ever need! you got that?! >:P

Ok so I'm preetty sure I was logged in, but some how it turns out that I was not so my review went in as Anon...GOOD THING I COPIED AND PASTED! WOOT!
Ok so trying to review on a cell phone is a no go...my long review didn't go thru = (, but anywho thats ok cus now I'm signed in to review properly. So where should I start...I think "OMGOSH WOW!" is a great place. = ) This story is amazing...I can't believe I overlooked it soo many times. I started reading it a few days ago and I just finished chapter 20 this morning round ten thirtyish...didn't get much sleep XD, but that's ok cus it was soo worth it!! Reading chapter 19 when he found that note that said run...my heart speed up and I was clued to my cell laying on my bed like "OMG!! RUN?! FROM WHO? WHERE!? IS MARIOS SOME HOW A CREEPY OBSESSED STALKER WHO WANTS TO RAPE MUFFINS?!? WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN! NOOO!" lol basically you know how to keep someone at the edge of there bed clinging to the cover and cell like a lifeline XD
I'm so happy Mario ( I luv calling him that <3) is alive!!! When he got shot and Muffs was pulled away I almost cried...( a few stray tears escaped my damnable weak eyes...) and I love the interation between those two! I wouldn't be surprised if they ended together.. that would be sweet XD. I wish Muffins would open up soon or let someone in a bit... I'm so curious about his past and I want to see the others reaction. When muffins and Asher made that deal of one secret a day I was like "Yes! Finally some answers!!" but now after what I read it might not happen as soon as I had hoped = ( ( bad bad author! ...I luv u) anywho lol.
SO speakin of what I read much much earlier today.....WTF!!! poor Muffins! his poor finger, tho I was a bit proud of him, he took a risk...and that nameless guy...how dear he stabb him! And why do I get the feeling it was Asher with the gun to Muffins head when he was pass out? It was wasn't it? that asshole! we trusted him!! (me n muffins XD) Tho I'm still clinging to hope for them, but really how could he...after all that this is what it really came down to? Hopefully they all really do have a change of heart and only want Muffins best interest and well being...I know Alric does! Woot! Alric( I tend to be wary of germans.....ex boyfriends and all but I love Alric his just a sweet man! I wish muffs could be a bit nicer to him) and obviously Mario is comin around...dare I say he is maybe even falling? ~wink wink~
WHICH..is way I really hope Muffs doesn't betray our men, Tho after all his been thru I wouldn't blame him, but it would only hurt him more in the end cus he is too far gone with care for them. Betrayal hurts but losing ppl close to hurts more and thats what well happen...He obviously knows first hand how that feels. Asher will def get his karma and all (nothing to bad I hope ) and VIn and Al are only guilty by association...poor babes. Ok anywho I think I wrote a damn essay with how long this review is! Wow! I read this all in one night! It was amazing! And I ADOREEEE Mario...oops i mean Vincenzo XD
I love how Muffin just doesn't learn and always talks back, its so funny but still realistic, he's a character you can totally relate to, and I feel sorry he's always being pulled along and he never knows whats happening. BUT I DONT WANT HIM TO BETRAY VINCENZO AND ALRICK!!!!!!!!!!! :(
But thank you for the wonderful read and I can't wait until your next update!

That part in chapter 19 where Muffin is ripped out of Vincenzo’s bloody grasp and the wounded Italian is shouting that Muffin doesn’t know anything as he’s being taken away…it’s just a very emotional scene; one that had a powerful affect on me, and I just wanted to let you know that (also, so you know what a great writer you are).
And chapter 20…
Poor Muffin, all depressed and betrayed. Stupid Asher, using him like that. It seems to me that even though Asher is normally a cold individual, he – like Alrick and Vincenzo – has developed real feelings for Muffin (or so I’d like to believe). I just hope that Muffin can see that and that Asher (who’s still kind of a jerk) makes it up to him somehow.
I’m still noticing all these little moments between Vincenzo and Muffin. Are you planning on dropping the Asher/Muffin relationship (whether permanently or just for a little while) and bringing us (your fans) a little Vincenzo/Muffin pairing?
Whatever you decide to do I’m with you.
I like Asher and Muffin as a couple; however, I also love the interactions and chemistry between Muffin’s and Vincenzo’s characters. So if your muse wants to delve deeper into that territory I just want you to know that I’m up for it. :)
Either way, I just want Muffin to be happy.
(P.S. I understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and that if you could, I’m sure that you’d update everyday. So no pressure. I’ll be waiting patiently for an update, so take your time.)

I don't know if Asher is a bad guy or not, I'm caught up inthe possibilities about Asher that were given to Muffin as much as he is. The reasons Asher gave to Muffin each time were shallow and Muffin needed confirmation of something more then that. Guys can be such idiots.

I just finished reading 20 chapters of this story and now I'm impatiently waiting for more :D
Poor Muffin ;( He must feel soooo betrayed :(
And the part with Muffin shooting the bad guys? Priceless :D I was like "Yessss!!! Shoot them before they shoot you!!! The world would be a better place!!!" But he would be traumatized for killing someone, it's all good that he only injured them ;)
But why Asher put Muffin in this position in the first place? Muffin saved his life! Ungrateful bastard! >:[
