Ya Asher's not a complete ass, he's just a normal ass stuck in a lousy deal.
I know I'm not the only one relieved by that piece of info.

Acrid muffin, foul muffin, stuffy muffin, dry muffin, thick muffin, lol. To think it’s that hard to come up with good muffin ideas xD

I love this story! This chapter was so very intense and sad. From beginning to end, all you were thinking were “No no no no no!” I love how well thought through this is. I love that you never known what course of action is the right one to take. Is he betrayed? Wasn’t he? Can he trust the cops? Is he making one hell of a mistake? Is everything over now?

Many stories you read begin in a great way. But along the way, they fall. The story begins to be cliché or the characters start acting out of character or the plot disappoints you. This story has held up from the first lines to the last. The tension never breaks and the questions never stop. You’ve done one hell of a job. My hot tip for you is to get it published. I for one want it in my bookshelf.

It all makes sense now. So satisfying, but sad for Muffin. He really screwed up (but to be fair... did Asher and crew expect he wouldn't question any of the insanity he went through and draw his own conclusions).

The part where Muffin got caught with the transmitter made me gasp. I had to literally get up and take a moment before reading the next part.

Asher would want to kill Muffin for trying to get him put away? This is terrible, but realistic. I don't know how you're going to get Asher to forgive him (have Muffin redeem himself by saving the day? oh please oh please).

People... we need some more positive Muffin titles pronto. If we keep doing ones like stale/sour somebody's ending up dead and I'll be crying. There is such a thing as a happy muffin for real, google it (it's adorable)!

And I second the request for a Vincenzo/Muffin side story after you run out of Muffins. He's already completely betrayed Asher, what's a little Vincenzo lovin' gonna hurt in the grand scheme of things?

OMG pleeassee update quickly! I dont think I can wait even a week for the next chapter, this is a brilliant story!!

I'm much more interested in Vincenzo than Asher now, I'm not sure why. Asher in a way is a typical love interest in slash fiction; powerful, enigmatic... and I guess a lot of the readers want Muffin and him to have a happy ending, but I just can't see it at this point. Anyway, Vincenzo seems a lot more human (surprising?), imperfect, and I don't think he bullshits as much as Asher does... Vincenzo seems a lot more honest and straight forward. But that's just my view and I doubt anything is really going to happen between him and Muffin anyway. Shame!

I just stumbled about your story at the beginning of the week and since then I tried to read it non-stop (sadly I also had to go to work, eat and sleep but I tried to kept this things to a minimum ;p).
I’m wholly captured in the fiction and even if I can’t see a happy ending in the horizon I’m really, really excited about the ending. I love Muffin and Asher and their relationship is something else. I even like the other characters like Alrick (hey, a fellow german countryman :)) and Vincenzo. I’m of course sad/angry about the happenings with Michael and Roger because they absolutely killed the fragile trust of Muffin in Asher.
Even if there is only so little time (just 2 more chapters???) I’m hopefully that neither Asher nor Muffin will die or get behind bars. Maybe a kidnap in another country with no “funny business” for a while? Will there be a sequel? Will you write other story’s after Muffin? Because a talent like yours should be used :).

THANK YOU for updating! This fic is as AMAZING as ever (definintely one of my all-time favorites), and you're an AMAZING writer! I'm so excited to find out what's going on and what's going to happen but so scared that it isn't going to go well. I'd REALLY REALLY REALLY like for Muffin and Asher to end up together (and alive and well, of course). They're both interesting, intriguing, well-rounded characters, their scenes are so very very hot, and they clearly care about each other a lot. PLEASE LET MUFFIN AND ASHER HAVE A HAPPILY-EVER-AFTER! Life sucks, so shouldn't fiction have happy endings? YES! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! I'll even settle for just bittersweet, as long as they're together. By the way, what's up with Vincenzo? Is something going to transpire between him and Muffin? I sincerely hope not. I'm sorry, and no offense, but I kind of can't stand him, and the feelings between Muffin and Asher are obviously much stronger than whatever feelings there may be between him and Muffin.

Anyway, you're fabulous, you're fic is fabulous, and I can't wait for the Muffin/Asher happy ending (hint), even if that means that the story will be all over (sob)! (On a side note, I have never ever used capitals like that before, so you know how avid I must be about this.)

awwww... i cried, and cried a lot... i thought it gonna be one of those funny stories, and then it went down and make me cry..
BUt.... i cant stop reading it, i usually lazy to put my review in, (not because i don't want too but because i read this on my cellphone and those code thing is to small to read in those) but i want to put one in this,

you have a very interesting plot, wow i keep guessing where will this stories go?
i cant seem to stoop reading it even if i don't like angst thing very much,
its captive me.. well Muffin thought is caught me going anyway...
Muffin make me laugh, cried and frowning at the same time, the story is well built..
