=) I really enjoyed this story which surprised me because angsty death stuff usually isn't my thing, but you evened that out with sweet and/or humorous moments and lets not for the the awesome plot! Though I do have to say that I'm a bit gutted that it ended, and not a happy ending ether. Not to say I dislike the way you ended it because it fits the tone of the story... basically what I'm saying is I wanted some Italian muffiny goodness =(.
I know that even if you made a sequel the likelihood of Vincenzo getting the girl...er guy isn't very hight but sill... a girl can dream =P
Anyhoodle cheers for the awesome story!

Aww damn, it ended? What do I wait for now? No, but seriously, many many thanks for the story! Gotta love me some gangsters and angst and gay porn. So, if you have the time and energy, please, please do continue the story! Though I'd still be rooting for Asher/Matthew, haha. But yeah, whatever you decide to do (continue the story or not), all the best to you!

Now that story was pure genius. I loved every bit of it, every character I came across, every stupid decision Muffin ever made and every line of dialogue. Okay so it wasn't perfect, but it was very well told, very well thought off and the suspense was very well kept. Just the idea behind the story was worth all the time it took me to read it (two days, I had to force myself to go to bed and pretended to follow the teachers' lectures when I was actually reading).
The only downside? There is no sequel yet T_T I don't think I could survive without knowing what happens next. No really, if you don't write the sequel I will spend my nights wondering what Mathiew might do next and wether or not Asher will find him and… please, pretty pretty please, write the sequel *puppy eyes*
The mario and gomba business was gold. my inner geek couldn't stop sniggering. I really enjoyed Vincenzo, really liked how he was described and how he attracted Muffin despite his accident. I could really feel the fascination and I was trully fascinated (not enough to really wish Muffin would leave Asher but very nearly). I loved also the characters of Daniel and Alrick. It was cute they way Muffin called them his German and his Italian after a while. It was also rather heart wrenching the way Alrick kept trying to protect Muffin. But what I loved most was the contrast between Asher's sweet and caring moments and his bastard moments. It made it twice as enjoyable when he was being nice. Really the characters were a mojot bonus point (the plot was the main one and third was style and bonus point for the hot smut and double bonus point for the complete virgin who discovers sex). If I had wanted a story customized to fit all the things I like I bet I would have ended up with THIS story. It was that great for me (except for the open ending *hint hint nudge nudge*). Really thank you for having taken the time to write it and for letting us read it.

First, I hope you are feeling better! I know how blah you can feel when you can only stomach a certain food for a while.
Now for the story: Omg, Matthew Charles Wildemore, (beautiful name) I love you! I cant believe its over!! *cries* Ugh.....(sniff) I think it was a great ending though, Muffin deciding to spare Asher and co. at the last minute! Also, I like that you left it open ended. I know all of your fans will understand about Real Life commitments taking up time (believe me, I do) but I cant help myself but beg for a sequel! Oh lordy please. But again, we understand if you cant for a while. And I have to say, I think you underestimate your writing ability! I am going to sound like a crazed fangirl when I say this, but I want you to know that this story has been one of a few bright spots in my life over what has been a really tough past couple of years for me. I would always get a thrill of excitement in my chest when I saw that it had been updated!
I'm also sure that your other fans also understand about your wish to make some money with your writing. I certainly think your stories are worth it for the entertainment that they bring your fans. Here is an example of a way that another webfic author I really like makes some extra cash. What about asking your fans to make a donation? I don't think its unreasonable. Check out what this author does at the end of each chapter (scroll to the bottom of the page) example: http://www.twistedhilarity.com/fiction/long/iwb/ch3.html
But regardless of whether you decide to write a sequel or not, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for the bright spots you have given me with your story, 'Muffin.'
