I have been waiting and waiting and checking everyday for this update!! I'm so happy to read more. Keeran is so confusing for poor Devin.

Today morning when I reviewed, I was the 16076 hit! Less than 12 hours and the hits are 16572 right now! 500 hits in half a day! I didn't see and don't think any other fiction has this much hit that yours has! ;)

Aww, I hope Devil manages to come out of it soon! Gah, poor thing! lol I wonder what Snake will do when he finds Devin in the window sill, XD!

Devin is so pitiful it's endearing. man oh man. i hope keeran doesn't blow his top when devin cries again. can't wait to see what happens next! it's always a pleasure reading new chapters just to see how these two characters interact.

(16) It seems amazing to me that even after all the hints Devin keeps giving off Keeran still seems clueless as to how to deal with him or even realize the extent of the problem, at least that's what I think when I see him blindfolding and gagging a sick person. What I can't figure out is why Keeran isn't trying to figure out what's going on because I don't think he's an extremely cruel person (at least i hope not) and I'm thinking he's got to be a smart enough to be in the business he is. Okay so right now he just seems to be acting like a thug and bully but really he should be able to handle this better. I really hope something changes soon because if it doesn't Devin will never get better, at this point I think he's basically worried himself sick and if you feel like you can't understand or trust your master that's got to leave you terrified. Not to mention he also knows that Keeran is capable of extreme violence as we saw with the whipping (i hope that never happens again it seems a little too close to torture for me). But despite how worried I get about Devin I always look forward to an update and seeing where you go with the story next :)

Firstly, I hope that everything is okay now and you're doing well. Secondly, I'm so glad you're updating again. I was dying for a new chapter and reading the old ones wasn't quite satisfying anymore. As always, great job on the new one, I still feel so sorry for poor D. You'd think if his crying bothered K. so much he'd let the poor boy sleep in peace. I've sort of lost hope that Snake will help him out since he seems to be turning a little bitter (or maybe it's better to say he doesn't really care more than that - just so long as D. does what he tells him to). I hope the doctor will be able to smack some sense into K. soon; at least get him to talk to D. properly - ask what things were like for him with the other master. I sense another fight coming on though. D. is sitting in the window with the curtains covering him isn't he? It would probably look like he ran away! I anxiously await the next update and hope it doesn't take too long. I'm running out of reading material that I actually enjoy ;P

Thanks for the update! I was beginning to worry this story went on hiatus.. =[. Poor Devin... but its nice to see things improving for him =]

Hurray! Thanks for updating. A tiny sliver of happiness for Devin His own window. I love the brutish oaf that Keeran can be sometimes. He is obviously trying to improve things a little for Devin but then he reacts so strongly when Devin does not understand. It is probably hard to understand that Devin has been a slave for such a long time and so mistreated by everyone that he is unable to expect anything else. It seems Devin almost takes comfort in being mildly punished like with the gag and blindfold - because his mind can cope with the discomfort better than it can with being constantly afraid of the unknown punishment that might be lurking out there. Anyway I loved this chapter. Forgotten is one of my top three stories on AFF. Looking forward to the next chapter.

I fell in love with this story at the first chapter. Sad stories always get me wanting to know if the characters life will change. It's so touching too. Please try to update soon, but I can even wait for months for an update (but sooner is better).
