I really really wanna see what happen next! though I think the best way to escape from the situation is to faint and black out! :P
or perhaps it's better to go on and whip snake but very lightly! :D
but with Devin's mind so twisted, I don't think that he could take it! It's gonna make Keeran very angry but I don't think with the doctors ultimatum, he does anything to hurt Devin again! maybe just snapping at him!

I just love this story. Devin is just... I would say sweet, and innocent, which would be true if he didn't go through everything he has. He's still sweet, though.
But I just love the little wheels turning in Devin's head... "I should do this better... He's taking away the duvet because I did this wrong..." and so on. It's interesting to see him constantly correct himself, and then wonder why his master is still mad at him. And I hope that in the story you'll explain why he stared calling him raspberry. It would be interesting to know.
I'm also constantly wondering why Keeran gets mad so easily at Devin... But, it seems that all masters have short tempers (for whatever reason).
But, either way, this is one of my favorite stories, because of the lovable Devin. And because of Keeran, who doesn't really know how to deal with people.
I can't wait for another update on this story!

Seemed shorter than normal but it was still good.
I thought for sure though that he was going to stop Snake from being whipped by stepping forward or somthing.

Actually I was on a journey. imagine me in the hotel room in the middle of the night, jumping up and down when I saw you had updated! :D My mom thought I'm crazy! :p
Anyway, sorry I couldn't leave the comment sooner! :I
Now, about the story ...
Poor Snake! :( but I think Devin can talk Keeran out of the situation! I mean I hope so ... Well, it's obvious that Devin wouldn't (couldn't) whip Snake! Maybe he just faint! or just refusing to do so! I can imagine it makes Keeran angrier! or perhaps , considering Devin's health and all, more forgiving?!

I absolutely adore this story! It has so much feeling, angst and the believable thoughts of the underdog... it's amazing. Please, keep updating and presenting the hardcore life of a sub.
